Location is a little sketchy as undesirables we hanging around with one patron concerned for her safety and didn't want to leave right away. Food wise ok. Chix was crispy and juicy w/decent pieces except for one wing that looked beat up. Of course one tends to come across these on a carry-out order.

I really didn't think this location was as bad as the other reviews make it out to be. Our food didn't taste stale or like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. We actually got an ample amount of food, our order was correct and the spicy chicken actually had some kick to it (locations near us the spicy tastes exactly like the regular) Most importantly the food was quick the restaurant was clean and we felt fine after eating it.

Worst Popeyes experience ever! Will not be returning to this location. The manager Ricardo accused me of stealing 3 pieces of chicken wings WTF you can t make this shit up, this is the third times they missed count my chicken, and when I told them, they said I'm the one who took them. How hard is it to count pieces of chicken??? I live in high rise downtown with 6-figure salary, why would I steal 3 pieces of wings???? Food is sometimes cold as well, inside restaurant is not clean .. beware!! Check you order before leaving this store!!!

Well, I finally learned my lesson. I was walking by this Popeyes on yesterday and the intoxicating smell of the chicken pulled me in. It seems like the restaurant is somewhat clean, but the food is not good at all. It doesn't seems like the oil is fresh or maybe they cook too much chicken at one time and it sits too long. The red beans and rice was 98% rice. I was given honey for my biscuit. The service is quick, but I prefer fresh food that is cooked well. I'm sorry but I will not ever return. This place is conveniently located or shoppers, but not a good place for a snack/meal. It's a struggle to find a Popeyes with well cooked food in a clean space.

There’s something wrong with the chicken here. It used to be really solid a few years ago but something changed. It now has a weird funk to it. Everything else is the same though. But I go here for the chicken and can’t anymore because something is just off with it now. Service is really fast though.

I found a piece of hair in my mac n cheese none of the workers protect their hair in the back....even if they don't wear a hair net make share yo hair don't get into my food! No one apologized ?then when I ask for another mac cheese... the workers all look at me like imma problem then they gave me another mac cheese that looks like dried up cottage cheese...I didn't get what I paid for cuz the food was nasty n the chicken tenders nasty n it didn't even look like chicken tenders ??♀️

I was pleasantly surprised, the chicken was very good and crispy, what I didn't like very much was the sauces, a lot of them. The attention was very good from their workers. I will repeat for sure.I ordered the honey and spicy bbq, very delicious, the fries were also delicious.

We waited 15 min to be served just to find out they don’t take coupons or promos even though I live 10 min walk away… it’s the only location within a 20 min drive and they sent me coupons. If you don’t take promos that should be listed on your door. They also don’t do refills on drinks and the wait was horrendous even though there were just 4 people in line. Lots of mobile orders

I paid for an order with an offer through the app. When I got there to pick it up, they said they don't offer that offer here and they only give what their receipts say. For some reason, their receipts are different than the one you get on the app. Seems like other people who have reviewed on Google have had the same issue. These guys just give whatever they want with no regard to what you paid for. Hoping I can get a refund. I returned what they gave me because that's not what I ordered. Terrible service. I would never recommend this place.
