Food is usually good, it just takes hours to get it, and it's not always guaranteed what you want will be in stock. This location has major, major logistics and service problems. It should never be the case that someone pulling through at lunch time as to wait 5 minutes because someone hasn't bothered to fire chicken tenders. This is the bread and butter of your business. Have some ready at lunch time.

This is my #1 location; they're always crowded, cars are always in the Drive-through which proves they provide GREAT Food to keep me coming back when I want that New Orleans fav of mine!!!:):):);)

They run out of items often. They also do the odd thing in the drive way. They have us pull up to the windows then back all the way up. I asked why and it has so.ething to do with the timer for service. It's annoying 😑

Never have I ever placed an online order and the food just…not show up. No, it wasn’t stolen. I have a door person and a lobby. Doorman confirmed. No Popeyes ordered arrived. And the order on the app simply vanished aside from the receipt that clearly shows I paid $22 bucks for 3 wasted hours of my time. Disappointing. Yes I reported it to the app (don’t bother calling the store…) but of course I won’t hear back for another “24-48” hours.

I’ve also placed an order here for pickup and it still took an additional 20-25 mins from when the app alerted me that the food was ready. Close this place down, or get new management. Please.

This is by far the worst location I’ve ever visited. Employees ignore you and they can’t handle the simple every day tasks essential to their job. They are always out of items and they move very slow and are extremely disorganized and rude. Would not recommend at all. Don’t waste your time or money.

Doing Uber eats as I arrive to the location doors are closed and drive through is off before 12:20pm
i get off knock i get ignored go back around to the window also ignored i call the store and they just letting the phone ring then they get to laughing and putting the music up while in being ignore a female gets close to the window and Proceeds to ignore me as I say im picking up uber eats orders then starts to say in spanish “no mas no mas” over and over again like if I didn’t just speak to her in english as I’m trying to get their attention they are still frying chicken and making boxes and she keeps telling me “no mas” as I pull forward to cancel my orders a African American male comes to the door I tell him is closed he proceed to go to the drive through window and they started too talk to him right away and give him his online order

Took almost 40 min to receive my order which was 1 big box. Only 1 person taking orders inside, but a bunch of ppl walking back n forth. Speakers at bulletproof counters don't work. Saw the same fries sitting out for the entire 40min. I made sure to not order those. Despite the wait, staff was nice

The assistant manager Lateshia was awesome today helping me with a problem! Drive thru moved fast and young lady working the drive thru was very polite!! I see the new changes and am loving it!

This is by far the worse Popeyes in the history of fast food I order my food at 5:00 and didn’t get looked at about my order till 6:30 to even take my order number which was 71,they went from 77 to 96 and didn’t call my food till 6:30 it took a person who just got there to look at my order and get it done

The one on 47 always have an issue all the time.Examples not open during operation hours, only drive thru open, cash only, no online orders. Just closed it
