This and I mean THIS location is always busy and has the freshest hot food. Been coming here regularly and I have not been disappointed! Hell I even recommend grabbing lunch here on Thanksgiving. Yet, staff are very accommodating and give off a team feeling I haven't seen at a fast food joint ever!

This place is only getting worse. They sent two small drumsticks and a bony wing for three-piece $15.

With a nice order of cold fries.

Someone tell the manager that the oil has to be changed. Any money saved is lost in sales due to dissatisfaction.

I am from Wisconsin and by far this is the best Popeyes restaurant I been to in years …. The staff was so nice and professional, communicative between one another, clean, bathroom was clean, the vibe and atmosphere was pleasant. The manager definitely was running that location smoothly. Definitely saved this location and will be back next time I am in IL. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in to order family food wanted to use my app to get a free meal with scanning my QR code then they say I would have place the order for pick instead while I was in the drive through. After I got home the Mac and cheese was watery and the chicken was under cooked. Waste money. Never eating there again

Worst drive thru ive been to in a while. I literally sat there for over 30 minutes. When I finally got to the speaker the guy told me to wait and order at the window. Lol even tho the speaker was working. So yeah had to wait another 10 minutes after ordering and paying.

I have ordered the 12 wings through app when i went to pickup my order in restaurant there is no proper greetings and when asked for my order they prepared and given to me asap, i appreciate that, just 3 minutes away to my friend house when the saw the chicken is not fresh and its cold and they have given all flat chicken wings. You have to mix with chicken drumsticks as well but it not happen.am really very upset with the restaurant

Ordered my dinner on Christmas Day through the app (parents are deceased), paid, and walked to the restaurant in the snow only to find it closed. Placed a customer service ticket immediately after returning home. Declined the offer for food in place of refund and waited. Checked back in the app and automated system said it was resolved and would have someone contact me. That person is refusing to give me a refund. This establishment is disgusting. Will be reporting to The Better Business Bureau for these practices, and will tell everyone who will listen what they've done

The worst. I placed an order on the app and when I got there they said they didn't receive it. According to them they still couldn't give me my order because she didn't have the ticket. I clearly showed her the receipt and she still refused to make my order which she also said I couldn't get a refund and had to do it on the app. Left, got on the app and just got the run around. Manager acts like the food is coming out of her check!!
