Drive thru menu board says to order at the window, but no one ever comes to the window. Seems this location has had the same issues for a long time. Would recommend the location at Irving and Ashland instead!

I’ve been to many different Popeyes over the years, and this location stands out for its excellent service, friendly staff, and timely fulfillment of orders. It’s refreshing to see that a Popeyes can be this pleasant of an experience when so often visiting a location is an ordeal you have to put up with just to get to the delicious food, which is also freshly made here and excellent.

The worst service I have ever received at a Popeyes, the lady who was giving the orders forgot to put my fries in, when I told her I had forgotten them she insinuated that it was a lie and that I had made it up.

So many bad reviews don’t eat here the chicken they gave me was raw and it’s not the first time they give out raw food. The worker dragged 10 minutes to come to the front even though it was not busy at all she was at the room in the back the whole time. do not eat food from here!

DO NOT GO HERE AFTER 7PM!!!!! They are so understaffed and overwhelmed by online orders that they completely shut down the dining room and drive thru. Their team is in the kitchen making orders, but it is close to impossible to actually get the orders that you have placed online.I waited at the drive thru window for 20 minutes with no one answering or opening the window. Then I ordered online and waited in the parking lot til Uber Eats said it was ready. I tried going in the dining room to pick it up and all the doors were locked. It took knocking on the door for 5 minutes making eye contact with them to get a response.The drive thru line of cars was to the street and the parking lot was packed with delivery service cars all waiting for online orders. I did not see any cars get their orders over the course of 30 minutes I was onsite.

it's 10:50PM, i just stopped by because i see their location is open until 1AM and i waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes trying to order because i see workers in there. i spin around to the drive thru window and it's blocked by cardboard. there's workers in there and no one is responding to anyone at the drive thru, there's been at least 6 cars go in and out because no one is responding

I went through the drive thru on March 5th around 10:30 at night. They didn't have 1 of 4 biscuits I ordered ready and fresh. Instead of waiting about 5 mins, the employee asked if I wanted a replacement. I told him to surprise me. He gave me 3 small sides: coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy and mac & cheese. This was beyond what I expected. Everything was hot and delicious.

I ask for a 2pc Spicy Chicken & got Mild. They didn't put any Sauce on the Classic Chicken Sandwich & I said no Pickles and still got them. Slow Service & they don't listen.

Omg what can I say! After leaving the Diversey and California location and driving an extra 13 minutes to this location, Rhianna was WONDERFUL and I never told her about our experience at the other location and what brought us here until we were leaving and I asked her name so I could give her the proper rave she deserves!!! She was sweet and so patient and told us how we can use our rewards without the restaurant having a scanner to scan the app reward! Not only was she super sweet unknowing our horrible experience just 15 minutes prior, our chicken was so fresh and hot and pieces were nice and large. This young lady is going places and this location needs the props it deserves!!!! I will forever drive the extra 10-15 minutes to go to this location!!! Thank you for being human and kind Rhianna and changing our sour mood from last location to such a positive experience unknowingly!!!! You are amazing and the cooks make the food A1!!!

Ordered on Uber Eats. Was missing an entire meal and the wings were horrible. It really sucks when you spend the last few dollars on delivery and don’t even get the food and have no money to order again from somewhere elseDietary restrictions: They will charge you and not give you your food so no worries about that
