If I could give a zero I would! This Popeyes has the worst service. This is my fourth time ordering from there and they always forget to give exactly what my order is. Today they forgot to get my tenders, biscuit, sauces, and the chicken I received was over cooked. Worst Popeyes to go into!

The chicken was dry and dark which affects the taste and health. They need to change the oil more often to fry it.

So this is my third visit to this location. It is set in a predominantly Latino neighborhood and so was 100% of the staff, i.e. Latino.

1st visit was memorable, 2nd visit was so-so, but this 3rd visit was just a very poor experience, it set a new low. I placed an online order in the store and told one of the workers about my order.

She then proceeded to check with her boss, an older Latina lady who whispered back some instructions, and I was like - here we go again!

My order was so miserly I was very tempted to ask for a refund but I decided against that and opted for a befitting review instead and also escalated to corporate.

Yes, that part! As a black male I don't think I have received half the hate from Caucasians as I have suffered from Latinos. However I think it is a new low when this racist attitude is brought to a place of business which you clearly don't own.

These people at the 3352 W. Lawrence Popeyes should undergo a DEI training ASAP!

Order delivery at your own peril if you see it's coming from this store. The employees are either blind or poorly trained. Multiple times have we ordered food and they forget an item.

Today I went, my order was not complete, so if you go, check your order, the girl and the boy at the cashiers were very attentive, but the person who served the food was extremely rude.

Its been years since I received such and excellent service like the one I received today, amazing
