Forgot the biscuit and honey/hot sauce. Everything in the soda machine was flat, and this wasn't even rush hour 1130am. Staff was very respectful, and the food was hot. That's the only positive to this.

No matter what day or what time I go there, the chicken is NEVER hot or juicy. It always seems as if the chicken is sitting under the heat lamp for hours.
They once had the nerve to sell burned biscuits.
Also, their sweet tea is too sweet. The longest I had to wait at their drive thru was 11 minutes!!!
I don't know why I keep trying to give this location a chance.

Ordered a 3 piece combo with some wings and they gave me the wrong order. On top of that I tried calling to voice my opinion and their phones are down. Very unorganized and unprofessional for a restaurant/corporation to not even have their phones connected. Very awful experience, please do not continue to give this location your hard earned money

Went here September 22nd 8pm and Oh my gosh, the service was so insanely awful. The girl that rang us up told us sauce doesn’t come with sandwiches which like weird but ok I guess? So we said we would get some she not only didnt do that but when she handed us our food she literally just abruptly shut the door in the middle of us asking her if she could get the sauce (that we already said we would pay for) so we waited for her to come back and she gave us the most annoyed side eye. I work in customer service and honestly don’t care if people arnt bubbly and over the top nice but like having a rude attitude like that for no reason is just lame…
