My chicken was dry and burned in spots. The prices here are higher than other Popeyes. Don't go to this location. Not good

One of the better Popeye's I've been to - the dining area is very clean, and bathrooms are clean for a fast food place. There were people there eating lunch with their family, and some on their laptops doing work - nice environment. The chicken also wasn't too greasy, what I had, and was typical for a Popeye's. Ordered online and my food was ready when I arrived.

Usually this place is pretty good. The owner / manager wasn't there tonight. Forgot to pack my mashed potatoes. My wife went to get them and they refused to give them to her. Also while I was there the girl behind the counter just kept throwing the order tickets on the floor along with whatever fries and chicken she dropped.

Whenever the older male manager is there the food is never good! No joke. Chicken under/over cooked, rice for the red beans and rice is hard, biscuits need more oven time. I’m a 2min walk from here so I come frequently and it’s like this every single time he’s there. I’m gonna start not dining there if I see him!

The good reviews are either friends or workers. The workers are rude. Bathroom stinks bad and just saw this lil guy before I was going to order. RIP this location.

This is my local
Popeyes and I am not sure if it is under new management cause the food and service is not the same anymore: I’ve never had issues with them in the past 6 years I’ve lived in the area….. but now….. it’s a miss. Especially with their chicken. This makes me sad. 😫 I will have to start going to the one in the HIP.

I decided to patronize this business because I work 1 block away. I went to Popeyes on Friday 1-24-25. I purchased the 3-piece special. When I opened the box I could tell the chicken was partially dry. I was not able to return the chicken due to my work schedule. I returned on 1-26-25 to purchase a 3-piece. I explained my experience with the last purchase. I asked for my chicken to be fried and I will wait for it. I was told to drive to the window. A male was at the window and began verbally attacking me because I asked for my chicken to be fried fresh and I would wait. The male told me I gave his employee a hard time and I had an attitude. I asked for the district manager's name. He stated he was the manager. I asked for the regional manager's name he stated there was no regional manager. This was the worst experience I had at Popeyes. This guy never apologized and became angry because I asked for my chicken to be fried while I waited. I decided not to do business with this restaurant and I will never patronize this restaurant again. The chicken was dry I purchased it on Friday. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but I will share my experience here with my family, and co-workers. I will never patronize Popeyes again. The chicken is hit or miss.,

Ordered 5 piece Tender combo for $14 , got home and there is only 3 piece inside box , fries not fresh as they were the last of previous batch , biscuit was good ,

They have really bad service the cashier guy was really bad and he was talking in another language that I didn’t understand and he was making a rude eye contact talking in a bad way. He gave me the food cold I didn’t eat anything from the food he gave me. I will never go there.

There is a man who stands at the cash register. His treatment is very bad and he has no respect for customers. I hope the problem will be solved soon.
