Chicken is very bland it’s like they don’t seasoning the chicken this my second time getting food them and each time the chicken don’t taste like the real Popeyes chicken.

don’t even bother because popeyes in general really just play with your food and your money. these were the “tenders” btw.. literally just skin and grease. if i can rate this 0 stars then i would because that’s what i rate this excuse for a chicken tenders. can you imagine being hungry all day and all you want is some juicy meaty chicken tenders from popeyes and all you get is this??? crazy work man. crazy work

Ordered 2can dine chicken with 2 fries and 1 plain chicken sandwich and 1 mild chicken sandwich. Waiting order number 150, waiting for almost 25 minutes for my order, Ashanti came over and asked why don't I have my order, she found it sitting somewhere on the upper warmer. What I observed is the girls think they are too pretty to work, and messing up all the orders. One girl with this long black scarf wrapped from head to hang below her waist swinging every which way, that's not clean at all.
Another young girl with lashes so thick across her eyes she can't even see, looking like a dust sweeper.
Not professional at all
I will go on Mannhien for now on

I dont know how the chicken from there tastes because I never got my order. I showed my screenshot, but the manager still assured that he had given us the order. It's o.k. to make a mistake, and give it to someone else...but not taking responsibility for it? Manager, managing what? Couldnt take care of a $5 meal, cant imagine what will happen to a bigger order. I highly recommend you visit Popeyes, but not the one on Fullerton by the Brickyard. Go to the one on Belmont and Central, where they have excellent customer service and good food. They dont lose their chicken like it's still alive.

The last three times that I ordered the same family meal off the mobile app for pick up, they always forget something. Twice I ordered the bundle that comes with 12 wings, 6 chicken tenders and 2 large sides and both times they only have one set of wings. mind you that it is a mobile order that I placed in advance and picked up through the drive thru. So I have to go around and park to go inside. Twice I had to deal with a cashier that has an attitude and questions if I really didn't get the wings. And this last time after going through all that yet again, they still didn't give me any biscuits thatwas supposed to come with 4 for the bundle. Even when asking for condiments like honey and hot sauce, the cashier in the drive thru acted annoyed that she had to get it for me. The service is bad, the good is cold straight off the heat lamps and the workers have an attitude. Been coming to this location since the early 2000's and it's gone down hill the past few years. Unless you want to deal with the frustration, I suggest you get your Popeyes elsewhere.
