Tony the ā€œmanagerā€ on today’s shift if beyond rude and unprofessional! This establishment served our family undercooked chicken. I’ve never been to a Popeyes with flavorless chicken til tonight. No seasoning and chicken was not cooked through still very white! Took the tenders back and he refuse to replace the full meal because some pieces were missing. We all tried a piece which is why there was chicken missing . I would high recommend not going here and a health inspection!

Unacceptable disrespect from the two female staffers up front. After entering, I was kicked out and told to order through the drive-thru, stating they were closed. As a customer who walked in, I should never be treated this way. Absolutely outrageous – I will never return

DoorDash: If you order for delivery form this place they will not make your order before customers that are at the restaurant or drive-thru. They are already very slow so this can cause up to a half hour wait. Drivers need to decline this place until they figure out that they need to treat drivers better or they will go out of business. NOTE: WHILE WAITING IN THE CAR I SAW RATS RUNNING AROUND LIKE CRAZY UNDER THE BUSHES NEXT TO THE ComEd SUBSTATION. As filthy as the restaurant and the manager looked I am sure they are running wild in that kitchen at night.

The service is not that great the people at the drive-thru are very rude and don't put the utensils in with condiments after asked
The manager is very rude has no hospitality did not want to deal with my order being wrong and kept saying anything else only was give thighs no legs no wings no breast double check your food

This is my first review never had my order wrong until today. I always order chicken tenders spicy 10 pc from the coupon. I got everything correct except the 10pc I got chicken I told the young lady at the drive thru I said tenders not chicken she said ā€œno I don’t think soā€ she wasn’t considerate or friendly she had an attitude; she didn’t apologize like your supposed to I used to work in fast food and emphasized with a customer by apologizing is a big plus but she didn’t do that. I got my tenders as soon as I sat down to eat it was MILD! not spicy, I’m not gonna waste my time waiting in line just because of trying to exchange it when it should have been done correctly at that time, my receipt says spicy and I didn’t get spicy! Maybe next time she should pay ATTENTION to what customers are saying instead of being distracted by talking I’m not saying she shouldn’t talk to her coworkers but pay attention and read the order back and management should pay close attention to their employees if there’s mixups. I’ll add my receipt it says spicy regular chicken but I did say tenders and the tender I got was Mild! At this point I’ll give out my coupons to my family instead I don’t think I’ll ever go back to that place again. If this young lady at the drive thru apologized like she should have I would’ve given it another go at this place but she didn’t so I don’t think I’ll come here.
