First time getting food from here and the staff is very friendly and the food was great :)

Lazy and slow 🐌 😴 worker , you will wait for ever to get your food .

UPDATE 1/2023:
I had the chicken sandwich today and it was excellent. The chicken was juicy and made just right.

This is a great Popeye's. The food is always fresh and the people are friendly.
It's located right across from the Jefferson Park Terminal.
I will continue to go here.

6 people working..no drive thru and only one taking orders. Never go here again.

I never do reviews. I go to the Jefferson Park Popeye's occasionally, everyone is nice but after this particular time I don't think I'll go again. 2 piece white with 1 side and an apple pie $15. We all know wings don't have much meat, expected. But when the breast has the same amount of meat as the wing, very upsetting. If I had a car I would have taken it back. It was literally breaded bones!

Food, service and prices were good. It is a hangout for some sketchy people and they don't permit access to restrooms as a result. The cashier did her best to make sure one person begging would not cross the line of bothering the customers.

Vegetarian options: Only a few sides were meatless.

Dietary restrictions: Not the place for being able to do dietary restrictions.

Kid-friendliness: No problems for kids except lack of restrooms.

Great service

It's by the Jefferson Park CTA. You'll get your occasional, stinky, crazy-guy or gal hanging out at a corner booth. But if you can overcome that you'll have some decent chicken for the price.

Service was quick and friendly. Nice employees. They worked well together in a respectful way. Food was hot and accurately packed.

The staff was very friendly, they spoke to me in Spanish, they realized that I spoke little English, they gave me food options, very delicious

We were in town for a concert and came here for dinner. The Hispanic young man who helped us was very nice. He took my order and repeated it back to make sure it was correct. The food was ready fast, hot, and tasted great.

This location is across from a bus station, so it was a busy area.

Chicken was raw inside. I asked for spicy thy gave me original. The cook had to talk to me because the gentleman tht was taking orders really didn't understand English and unfortunately I don't speak his language. Thy recooked the Chicken but unfortunately it was still raw so I just got up threw it away . Also it's very dirty in there. It's ashame thr letting these places go down hill.
