The staff is consistently bad. Granted, I’ve only been to this place twice but each time they were just really bad. They don’t ask if it’s to go or not so they end up wrapping your sandwiches in wasteful foils. They don’t give out any sauces. The first time I had to practically beg them to give me a sauce. But the second time I just gave up. These sauces come with the order so it wasn’t like I was asking them to give me free sauces.The staff is helpful but the main problem seems to be that they’re understaffed and their priority is online orders. It takes a while to get your food.

I went here because the night before this visit, I placed an order for delivery via the Popeyes app. The order came super quickly and I was very impressed at first. Until I opened the bag and realized that my two 8-piece nuggets were midding from my order. I called the restaurant and the manager tells me to place another order of something small like a drink and she will send me 20 nuggets with it. I do so and hang up. Only to realize that I ambalso missing two whole chicken sandwiches. So, I had to make the 20 piece nuggets stretch for five people! I picked up the two sandwiches the next day. I normally have a decent experience when I go to this location. However, this night no one was paying attention to how my order was prepared. I was very frustrated and disappointed.

Went in tonight and they were quite busy. The manager working was a wonderful lady who kept everyone happy and taken care of. The orders went out correctly and she was working all sides. Great experience.

i ordered through uber eats, waited for an hour and a half for them to prepare my order? which make no sense? all the sauce came incorrectly, wonder would they even care that would be a big problem when customers have allergies to those wrong sauces they give, ordered a frozen drink it came with regular lemonade making me paying extra money for nothing? everything was cold when i receive it and it only took the driver 10 mins to deliver my food, can tell that my food has been sat there for a long time already?OVERALL really bad experience and would never be there anymore??? would give a negative review if i can
