My chicken breaded was not cooked well.

Did an online order for a 9 piece white mild chicken dinner. When I picked up the order I asked if they gave me all white as ordered. Worker said yes. When I got home, found it was 3 wings and the rest dark meat. Went back and asked for manager. Manager stated they were all out of mild white chicken and only had spicy. I asked why I was told my order was correct when I picked it up. Manager stated, I don't know, I wasn't up here. Asked why they didn't inform me at pick up. Said, I don't know, we only have white in wings. Asked for white mild wings and told we don't have any. Asked how they had no mild white Chicken. Said we ran out and are waiting for delivery.
Worst experience I have ever had. Manager offered all white spicy, which I can't eat. Took it for everyone else and stuck with eating dark meat.
First they lied and then no answer why they lied about the order from the employee. Basically told I could get a partial refund and go somewhere else or take the white spicy.

Beware of the Butterfly Shrimp. Went last night after 9pm at this location. Got an 8 piece order of butterfly shrimp and got food poisoning at 4 am in the morning, constant diarrhea throughout the day.

I used to pass two Popeyes by my house just to come here because it used to be the best Popeyes. Unfortunately now that the demographic of workers have changed, the quality has gone down hill. Today was the worst as you can see in the pictures. The portions sizes are laughable and the food always looks and tastes like it was reheated from the day before. And the service is super slow. I don’t consider Popeyes cheap at all, so to be charging these prices but serving this quality of food is insane. This was the first time I ever had to ask for an entire order to be remade. I ordered the surf and turf which comes with 2
tenders and 4 shrimp. I got two nugget size tenders and something that looks like it wants to be shrimp but was born too early. Also it was 3 instead of 4.

This Popeyes I use to feel was one of the best on the south side but messing up my order and having to repeat myself 5 times of how the order isn’t right has really boiled my blood. So I for sure won’t be back! And won’t recommend!

I always got the chicken tenders. Never have they tasted this bad. No flavor seems like it was so bland. Called up and said they were the worst I ever ate. They said we will give you a new one. So my husband brought the receipt and got the spicy ones. I don't if they changed the ingredients or what but. I don't think I'll get them again. I wonder if anyone else thinks this?

Popeye's Chicken is one of my favorite fast-food restaurants because the chicken is always hot and seasoned with those Louisiana spices! I also enjoy their cajun-inspired side dishes...the Red Beans & Rice is always delicious!

Stopped in to grab a bite .. chicken approached by this very rude manager that had absolutely no customer service skills .. so after making my order I just canceled my order and left out

This Popeyes used to be good before Indians took it over! Now they have extra light colored chicken not cooked completely, the serve up old chicken all the time where I must tell them I don’t want old chicken! They need to really do better!

I didn’t feel like cooking dinner and my family and I had a taste for Popeyes Chicken. We don’t eat Popeyes often and when you get a crave for something you want your tastebuds to be satisfied. I came to this Popeyes location around 4:30 yesterday evening, everything was fresh and pipping hot. The customer service was excellent and the staff were friendly. The inside was clean and quiet. I clipped a coupon deal from the Popeyes app on my phone they honored in store. Overall great experience and I will return to this location even though there are 2 other Popeyes closer to my home.
