This is my second time ordering from this place and they screwed app my entire order. I didn't even have my drink. And they gave me boned wings instead of boneless wings. And then I asked 41 small free thing because they screwed up the order and he complained, saying that I did not give me drama and he's wondering why I want free food even though I ordered my food at 6 and I went to go pick it up at 8

Ordered on uber eats to pick up. Waited 30 minutes past my pick up time. The food is warm not hot. They forgot an item as well and i had to go back. Uber gave me a $5 coupon. Also I had 2 top buns no pickes and barely any sauce. Wth is that?? Never again will I go to popeyes.

Crystal was very rude. She was upset about something I paid for. She gave me wrong sauces so I asked for the correct ones.
She snatched bag and said give me one back or it’s $1.09. No worrries. Here’s $1.25. Called to speak with manager and was told they were manager when I frequent there often. Basically was asked what I wanted them to do. COACH, TRAIN, and REDIRECT STAFF. If you don’t want to work quit! Even the passenger had to ask her to stop speaking so rude and nasty. It’s sauce. I don’t mind paying for it. But there is a way to ask!

I was trying to order online & saw that it said customize the coupon with the cashier. I went and tried to show the manager what it was saying but instead of listening he rushed me to place the order. And I did but he failed to actually read the order. I customized it to fit what we needed. He just decided to give me what he wanted to. Then the 2nd order he did the exact same thing. But since this order was for a toddler I had to wait which I didn't have a problem with but it seemed to fluster him. If he would have slowed down to just listen it could have gone a lot smoother. As far as the 1st order the spicy was kinda burnt. The 2nd order which was for a 3yr old I'm guessing it was ok. Service wasn't horrible just needed to listen instead of rushing and no there wasn't a line so it definitely was opportunity to help.

Can't go wrong with Popeyes. And that chicken sandwich is still a hit. The manager Jennifer has been there for years, she's super nice.

The chicken was left over probably from the day before. You could tell it had been reheated. The grease settled in and it was not crispy. The redbeans and rice smelled spoiled. I should've checked it before leaving. I didn't have the energy to turn around and go back. Tossed it in the trash. I will never go there again. It had to be the worst Popeyes i've ever visited. It was horrible.

The chicken wasn’t fresh at all and was so greasy! I don’t recommend to come to this location at all! I would rate it zero if I could?

Stopped by to try out the pickle glaze. Place is small and quaint. The staff is friendly. One major problem is they either need a better ventilation system or have to clean the grease because the entire restaurant was filled with smoke the whole hour or so I was there. They are lucky people keep opening the doors and that the place isn't sealed tight since this could easily turn into a carbon monoxide poisoning. The food itself was decent. The pickle glaze adds a bit of sweetness, but I wish it was tossed instead of what looks to be squirted on since there wasn't enough sauce.

Chicken was warm not hot and a little hard and dry chicken here is normally good but not today I was totally disappointed I couldn't eat it and drive through lane needs to be repaved badly

I was there on 2/20 customer service was horrible Chela needs a new job. I would like corporate to call me or there DM call me . Horrible place both manager and Chela should be fired!!!
