They slightly got my order wrong but the lady at the window was so pleasant I didn't care. They had just opened up and the line was to the steet already so I understand. The food was fresh and good but I appreciated the worker having a positive attitude.

Horrible food quality. They threw anything in the box they did not care. I ordered two 6 pcs wings they came with the wrong sauces and the chicken was stale and they even put a wing covered in feathers and instead of all bone in wings they added a boneless wings which I did not order. They need to be shut down. Food was not edible $16 down the drain. Now I’m sitting at work still hungry. 🤦🏾♂️

Arrived at 11am for my online order and the doors were locked! Then instead of opening the door I was standing at they opened only the 1 door on the opposite side I was originally standing at that was locked. Then tells me to walk back around to that side. Cages and bars around the entire restaurant. Its just looks like a ghetto run down sore sight to be a fast food restaurant!

This location is very understaffed. Because of this, the lobby area has been locked for weeks now, and you have to order via drive-thru cashier. There's literally only one person working the whole restaurant. He's taking each order one at a time, cooks each order, prepare and serve each order one at a time which causes the wait time and the drive-thru line to be extremely long. Although my overall rating is one 🌟, I give this 1-man staff member 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟's for holding down the fort the best he can.

I took my son here after begging me. I can say their dining area can use a good clean.
Purchased 5 tenders and they were hard as a rock. They gave me about 7 pieces I guess because they knew the food was not edible. I called them the manager asked did I have a receipt I stated I didn’t receive one but I can show you my bank charge with the store number he declined so please get a receipt and check your food before driving off!
