Made a mobile order when I arrived a message was on the drive thru board “we are closed” the associate lady yelled we are closed after I told her thru the glass she yelled request a refund and walked to back and never returned 8/10 7:08pm

Stood outside for 25 minutes after opening time. Employees walked past, even sat down in the lobby with drinks. Finally after all that time they opened the door and said they were waiting for maintenance and it would probably be another hour before they opened

Last time I came to this Popeyes this place was very unorganized and unprofessional they say they're out of certain drinks and the bathroom was out of order that is ridiculous I will not be coming back to this dump, can't even use the bathroom and you have people spending their hard earned money for this nonsense this is totally unacceptable.

Placed mobile order online went to pick it up they had a sign on the door and said closed to 7:30pm. They were sitting around on phones. I knocked on the window and asked them could they just cancel the order then so I can get a refund. They tell me that there’s nothing they can do about that. I now come back around 7;40 give the guy at the window my code he tells me the order went out already.?? I said how if when I just was here around 6:20 and I just am now coming back is it gone out already. Then tells me there’s nothing they can do and that corporate would just refund all orders from earlier without any type of confirmation at all. Not even given my receipt that it was cancelled. Just won’t return to this location anymore it’s always something.order is still pending also.

They seem to have a habit of taking mobile orders and than not completing them and telling you they close (4pm) and to call corporate to get your money back. It's literally another location a miles up the road who wont steal from paying customers..

This Popeyes on 95 Th king drive needs to be shut down they are so rude and nasty to the customers the window on the inside is so nasty you can not even see what you are ordering and the dining area is just as nasty.The staff will have you just standing at the counter for a long period of time before they take your order this is unacceptable and we as customers spend our hard earned money.

This Popeyes could rate so much higher but to sit in drive through over 20 minutes is insane. What are they doing in this restaurant. I hope Corporate is reading this as well because this why the money is slow. I have been Sitting in this drive through thus far for 31 mins and still haven't ordered my food. I have watched over 5 people come and leave and go to the restaurant across from them. I would have went to another restaurant as well but I want see how long this encounter was gonna take. The person that took my order was definitely a positive young lady but the my experience has rated as the worst thus far with any restaurant.
