This Popeyes on 95 Th king drive needs to be shut down they are so rude and nasty to the customers the window on the inside is so nasty you can not even see what you are ordering and the dining area is just as nasty.The staff will have you just standing at the counter for a long period of time before they take your order this is unacceptable and we as customers spend our hard earned money.

This Popeyes could rate so much higher but to sit in drive through over 20 minutes is insane. What are they doing in this restaurant. I hope Corporate is reading this as well because this why the money is slow. I have been Sitting in this drive through thus far for 31 mins and still haven't ordered my food. I have watched over 5 people come and leave and go to the restaurant across from them. I would have went to another restaurant as well but I want see how long this encounter was gonna take. The person that took my order was definitely a positive young lady but the my experience has rated as the worst thus far with any restaurant.

didn't have any chicken ready during peak time (6:00pm to 8:00pm), then, when paying gor for food with cash, it was exact change only, how could that be during peak hours, then had to wait 20 minutes for food to be cooked to get the food I wanted.

So not happy speakers didn't work. Got to the window wanted ,2 psc dark mild . Only had thighs no legs. Asked if could have wing (only white meat I like) didn't have that. Or frozen drinks. At least the associate was pleasant.

The SLOWEST popeyes i’ve ever been to. I waited almost 40 whole minutes for a literal chicken sandwich. Then the staff act like they didn’t want to be there or do their job and they take their attitudes out on us. I cannot come back here no matter how hungry i am.
This is still the worst popeyes in chicago. I stood in line for 20 minutes just for them not to have the item. Please try to shut this place down immediately as they do not treat this place like it is.

Service 4-4-25 I ordered the 2 pc weekly dinner. It costs $5.99 + tax. I was disappointed with the taste. I even tried to sprinkle Cajun sparkle over the meat to enhance the flavor. It made it worse. The Cajun sparkle does not taste the way I remember. It was extremely salty with little Cajun flavor. The red beans and rice were weak in flavor. I think too much water was added to the beans sauce 🤔 .
This is where I went to use the bathroom and I waited in line and when I got up towards the front counter a young man walked up to the counter and ask the cashier for the key to the men's bathroom and I spoke up and I said may I have the key to the women's bathroom and she said I'll just buzz the both of you in and she did I went towards the women's door and I heard the buzzer going off and I just push the door right open very friendly good hospitality I'll visit them again and purchase me something to eat.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a fast-food joint! This Popeyes is a disaster! I ordered and paid for my food through the app, thinking I’d save time, but after 41 excruciating minutes of waiting, my order still wasn’t ready. What’s the point of pre-paying if I have to wait longer than those who are standing in line? It’s absurd!
To make matters worse, the lobby was a complete mess. The floors were filthy, and the tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. If you can’t keep the place clean , how are you handling food. It’s like they don’t even care about their customers! I felt gross just sitting there waiting.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs! It’s not worth the headache. I will be reporting this location to corporate because they need to get their act together. If you value your time and cleanliness, steer clear of this Popeyes!
