This place suck, need to fire everyone but the cook. They standing around nobody working but the cook and the lady at the drive thru. The manager ain’t managing . Stop hiring lazy ppl and tell them to dress cleaner than what the do, presentation is everything.

Make sure to order through the app to avoid issues of no credit card and no change also don’t be surprised if they don’t have any sides or spicy chicken other than not being able to use a credit card or pay cash or get spicy food or get any sides. Went thru the drive thru. Food wasn't ready so they said park near the door but they forgot about me. I sat for 20 minutes and went inside, soon as she saw my face she instantly said here go your food. She basically told herself she wasn't gonna bring my food outside after directing me out of the drive thru to a parking spot. Now about the food; I asked for dark. She gave me mixed! The pieces were all deformed looking pieces of chicken. I never cook or eat the weird looking pieces of chicken when I purchase in a grocery store, so why would I pay even more at a restaurant for some deformed pieces of chicken. They should really only serve chicken that they would eat themselves. Atmosphere, uhmm, read everything above 👎🏾 this all happened today 03/23/2026 about 6:26pm I asked did an order through the app and my name is the same as posted above. Check to see if I'm lying Popeyes management! See if I was instructed to park, where I waited 20 minutes before going inside to get my own food. I should've taken a picture of the chicken but I threw it away. SMH I really wish I took a picture but I didn't know I was gonna do a review until Google suggested it

5 days ago I stopped by Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen when I was feeling hungry, and I am glad I did. The food tasted really good, the chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the prices were fair too. Everything made the visit worth it. I would highly recommend this place if you want a tasty and filling meal.

Everything was fine except they sprinkled way too much of that rub on my ghost pepper wings which made them a tad bit too salty. So moving forward I'll definitely omit the rub sprinkle stuff.
