Slow taking orders but the food fresh and good
I went there to pick up my food store wasn’t even open on time … Sat outside getting rained on for a whole hour because they still wasn’t open and it’s going on 12 in the afternoon… waited another 45 mins in the store to get my food and it’s not done all the way . The store is dirty and there unprofessional.
I hate the food is good because the service is horrible. The wait inside is just as bad as the wait outside and the drive thru was being served first.
It took over 20 minutes for me to wait in line and order, there were 4 people in front of me.then another 10 for me to receive my food. So I noticed the air fresheners, lack of garbage and condiments.
One person even tried to use the drink machine and it didn’t work. The manager had to come turn it on with a key. Then when the lady went to use it a piece to the machine busted off into her cup.
Finally I ordered and I was given my money back but he shorted me my change and when brought to their attention he looked mad I wanted all my money.
Overall, this place and the one down the street are always slow, dirty, and sometimes rude. I watched some people work and another just stand there and watch.
It’s 11:26am and this store is still not open. Says it’s supposed to open online at 10am and the lobby isn’t open and no one is coming to assist customers. Everyone is pulling off this is crazy. Don’t ever come here what type of staff is this really.
The s place should really be shut down the attitudes towards customers are terrible this is the slums and best and they never open on time and don't care.
This location has what has to be the worst service from any Popeyes restaurant anywhere in the city! Always slow to fulfill orders. For instance, I came here several weeks ago after placing an online order while on a nearby street corner. It took the staff 35 minutes to get my order ready despite the facility not being busy. Other than me, there were four customers in the lobby.
There is always at least one thing that is missing from many customers' orders. Today 5/17/25, I am missing blackened ranch from my order despite my receipt and email receipt listing it. Other than these issues, the food meets my expectations on taste and freshness, and the location is convenient. I give 2 stars for those factors. Otherwise, I'll give negative 50 stars if I could!
Very bad
Anytime you go to this particular Popeyes it's ALWAYS a long line! The service is just ok...what I hate is I always order Spicy chicken and they ALWAYS give mild..I think I've learned my lesson to just go and take my service to another Popeyes!

Stay far away from this Popeyes, especially if you're ordering online. You’ll be left waiting for ages, and they’ll just walk off while you’re still trying to place your order. The staff completely ignores customers, standing around chatting instead of working. They don’t wear gloves, and they clearly couldn’t care less about their responsibilities.

Now while I understand working in fast food has its challenges and not the most desirable job as someone who once worked in fast food that is absolutely no reason to disregard a customer who’s is respectfully making a request. How are you mad because I asked you to do what’s literally in your job description? The girl who took my family’s order attitude completely sucked. Do better!

I don’t see how the store is still open. Cleanliness is non-existing and no customer service. There’s 8 people working and they are moving the speed of a turtle. The competence level is below a zero, how do you have someone waiting for 20 mins on a mobile order just to say you don’t have the ingredients you paid for. Then can’t give a refund saying I have to go through an app. If they took time to properly plan things like this can be avoided!!! Again waiting 20 mins on a mobile order is already ridiculous just for at the end of your wait time to be foodless and no refund. Pathetic!
P.s I would like to acknowledge the younger gentleman who was packing orders, at least he tried to keep things a float but better help is needed!
This Popeyes is terrible. The store is dirty. They are slow. The cashier takes the money then fix your food. The cashier pulled out her phone from her breast and then proceeded to take my order. The owner should be shame and take better care of they business. This is ridiculous.
I ordered online, went to pick it up on time and the girl had the nerve to have an attitude when I approached the window. She look at the window for like 2mins until I knocked at it saying I’m here to pick up my mobile order….. She look at the register and then lean on the counter for like 4mins and then tell me everything is frozen… so why are you open and why nobody called me to not have to make this drive to pick up food if they had this problem. It’s always something here and nobody have no sense of urgency at all…
