Horrible service
This Popeyes needs to be closed down. The service is terrible. I went through the drive thru the young lady tells me to come around to the window to place my order. When I get to the window there is a young lady that comes to the window shoving food in her mouth. So now she is talking and chewing in my face. She asks me what do you want? Not “how may I help you” using proper customer service. So I say may I have an eight piece with a large beans and rice. With an attitude she says “you want what?!!” I repeat I would like an eight piece with a large beans and rice. Then she walks away from the window and helps someone on the inside. Then another young lady comes to the with and says “you want an eight piece and a twelve piece.” For a third time I say my order. Then when I get home I only have seven pieces of chicken. I was so frustrated that I just said, “They can keep that piece of chicken.” They need to hire people who take pride in their job. I know it’s not where you want to be, but until you can find something better, remember that you’re in a service position. Worst Popeyes I ever been to if you hungry go somewhere else this location is horrible don’t waste your time
Closed at 7pm on a Thursday. Please close this place down. They are rude and unprofessional obviously don’t want a job.
Good food and service
Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru, for cold chicken that was burnt when it was fresh. Sides cold too. Never coming back here. Wasn't fast friendly or fresh.
Ordered food online at 12:05 , went to pick up order to not receive food until 1:22, was told that the orders put in before me are coming up first. There were no sprinkles or honey or drinks !
Today, ordered per app at 12:05p. Left to pickup food. Order not ready until 1:22p.
Only 3 employees: manager, cook and drive thru. Pop machine not working, no honey, no Cajun sprinkles. Food had flour-y taste. No refund on drink order. Manager loudly complaining about staff calling off.
Door dash Uber eats orders not available.
This is the second time I ordered from them and my order was wrong and did not come to my adresss
This was the best chicken I’ve had ever and the chicken was so fresh the manager cooked everything fresh. This is the best location in Chicago

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I literally just left in tears due to the manager Tasha giving my food to the wrong person. I placed an order almost $45 thru the app and I walk ALL THE WAY THERE just for her attitude to be dismissive and NON-APOLOGETIC. she literally said it's nothing she can do even tho THERE'S NO ADULT IN MY HOUSEHOLD so there's no chance anyone could have INTENTIONALLY REQUESTED my order. I'd tried showing my card and email and ID to prove I'm me and she started telling me to go on bout my business...we exchanged words and I'm hungry and out of $42 and some change
25 minute wait for a 3 piece tender meal. They gave another customer the wrong pieces. When he brought it to their attention, the chicken that was taken outside was put back in the basket for other people to be served
Actually to be pretty shorthanded, only 1 man cooking, 1 drive thru lady, a manager lady working the front , door dash deliveries coming and going, the ser ice was great and the food was excellent!!! Except for the Cole slaw.. no store seems to understand Cole slaw has to have a separate freezer from all meats, fruits, veggies, and deserts. The atmosphere came from the people, attitudes, from a man, and a woman were the worst. 2 other people saw it was crowded and just left without cursing out the staff!!! The staff stayed cool!!! Impressive!!! 🤑🤑🤑💖💖💖💖 Staff need a raise!!!💯💯💯🙏🙏🙏
This has to be the worst Popeyes on the south side. Every time I order something, there is a item missing.
