Uber eats order- This is what they send for shrimp… and they couldn’t bother to add the biscuit that I payed for… Do better. That amount is not worth what it costs.

Place my order once I paid I was instructed to reverse from the window. Once I reverse about 15 minutes pass by then a car gets in front of me, then they give an order to that car which then I was like I hope they don't give my order to that car. After that car leaves I pull up to the window and the girl is like umm did you order tenders.. That's exactly when I knew they did give my order to the other car as I had order a chicken sandwich, a 2pc, mash potatoes, Mac cheese, fries and 2 drinks... Then the girl is like umm did that car get in front of you, ummm YEAAAA, then she looked puzzle knowing she messed up. Then lies to me that they were waiting on one of the items from my order. Made me wait another 15 minutes, at this point it has been about 30+ minutes. She finally came back to the window to tell me they didn't have Mac and cheese if I wanted another item instead.. That definitely did it for me and I asked for a refund.. she then gave me attitude telling me my order is ready asking me why do I want a refund. Then brings a guy to talk to me and now I'm arguing with them about getting a refund for an order I waited almost 40 minutes and to top it off it wasn't even complete. General Manager needs to seriously come visit this popeyes because if this continues they are shutting down soon, mark my words!!! I ended up driving down to popeyes on 4431 south archer Ave and guess what they had my order ready within 5 minutes!!! It was like day and night!!! I wouldn't even mind waiting 10-15 minutes but 40 minutes it's just unacceptable. Word of advice DO NOT go to popeyes on 5050 s cicero ave...

They’re always so rude when trying to order and expect to wait a long time for the smallest order.

Ordered online for a quick pickup. Not only was I waiting there for 15 minutes in the restaurant but also I was waiting there shoutout to any service for 15 minutes while I can hear the employees in the back on their phones. After I finally got help no one apologized they were all so nonchalant. No one was wearing gloves or washing hands. Worst service at a Popeyes and that’s saying a lot.

I ordered ahead Through the Popeyes mobile app for a drive-through order when I came to the drive-through, I was immediately told that they aren’t doing drive-through anymore and then I had to ask them about my drive-through order to which I was given attitude. Eventually, I was told to pull up to the window and I did a such then I was instructed to reverse out of the way and that my food would be ready shortly I waited for about 20 minutes until I was told to be pulled forward again. When I move forward again, the girl who had previously spoken to me, had forgotten about my order and asked did I need tenders, which was not my order. I had ordered a chicken sandwich and Stated “oh my God I forgot”. Then she told me to pull forward. I waited there for an additional 10 more minutes when I received my order she gave me everything as fast as possible without making sure I got everything that I needed correctly. When I looked inside my bag I’d realize that my order was incorrect. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich one mashed potato and one mac & cheese and the mac & cheese adds an additional $.50 to the order so I did in fact pay extra When I open the bag, all I received was a regular chicken sandwich, not spicy and two mashed potatoes and because she ran inside and due to extremely long wait time I wasn’t able to get a refund. Who was terrible at assisting me had very fried bleached hair in the front and was about 56 upon talking to her. She looked as though that she was under an influence of some sort. I really do hope that this establishment can make the changes it needs.

The area was very sketchy! Lots of cops but great to have a place to grab food after leaving the airport. &The employee working last night was great! He was very patient and considerate with my mom while she was ordering.

OK, let me start this review by saying that the tenders I got are cold. The chicken I got was cold. The only thing I got was the fries and they were like small fries and that’s basically it horrible horrible horrible experience they need to improve their service give me the spicy chicken when I asked for spicy. Don’t save the spicy for later.

The worse location ever!!!!! Floors always a greasy mess and the food is never fresh especially the sides. Haven’t returned here in over 3 years living in the area. I’d rather drive to the Summit location on Harlem. Hope they close this one down.

I got of work from a12 hour shift decided to go to Popeyes brought a leg and thigh with some mac & cheese and get sick on the toilet all night. Had to call off Work. I will never eat out of there again.🤮🤮🤮
