Solid Popeyes ! Manager & staff an A++A I had an order that I wasn’t happy with from a few days ago & they replaced it Free of charge with NO problem . It’s has to be 1 of the busiest locations in. CHICAGO ! They have Loyola University a block away and are located directly off Lake Shore Drive. They aim to please . It’s a shame some customers are so bossy and rude at times to the staff here . Service was poor. This is the 2nd time going to this location. Rude customer service. Didn't want to sit as it was dirty & undesirable. Same staff, nobody cares. 1st time it was raining & I was soaking wet -'was told to stay outside or go thru drive-thru!!

They always say their drive thru is closed when I come in the middle of the day during lunchtime…. If they actually are open then they take about 5-10 PER PERSON to answer in drive thru leading to a long line. Oh but there is probably a lot of people inside right? No there is usually one 1-2 groups of people inside at most. It’s just pure laziness at this point.
Update: I’ve come back and it looks like the staff is completely different and so much better. I didn’t have to wait at all in the drive thru again and when I pulled up to the window they kindly told me that the fries would take a couple minutes which is a lot better than just sitting there confused. I hope this keeps up.

The workers dont understand English making it difficult to order and they prepare your food/drinks however they feel. Last week I ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade and the served me the frozen lemonade with ice cubes from the fountain machine in it as well and when I asked for the drink without it' they said that's how all the drinks are served 😒.
This place has gotten so much better than it used to be! I really appreciate the great customer service now. They're also open a lot later than before.

This location is terrible, waited 90 minutes to get my mobile order, I had placed an additional 45 minutes prior, and was missing food! Was only a combo meal and a pie, not even a catering order. Location is filthy, dirty, and run down. Will never give them my business again. Raising Cane's down the street is better for chicken anyways.

I’m filing a major complaint. I was in the restaurant yesterday & the worker took my Oder & place my receipt on the counter & walked away! When my order was ready, she said here’s your order instead of giving it to me! I also noticed they’re under a different staff from years ago which made a huge difference in service! I’m not going to stop until I reach a corporate manager!!!!
