Update , This location has an entire new team of workers. Very nice and so professional. The food is good and fresh and they make sure you have everything in your order. The dining area is always clean. Thank you for hiring an entire new team of nice staff.

They told me that I had to have some type of sauce and couldn't get regular fried chicken. Don't like it.
This location has obviously had a management or owner change , none of the old people work there and the location is in shambles. You’re usually waiting 15 minutes to order with no one else in line at the drive through and they don’t have anything, no sauce no drinks , and I’ve tried a couple times since new management just not worth it.

From the moment I walked in, the experience was a disaster. I politely told the lady at the counter that I wanted a chicken combo and a chicken sandwich. She looked completely confused and ended up giving me fries instead of what I ordered. When I kindly approached the cashier to correct the mistake, the manager came over and started yelling at me, despite multiple witnesses hearing my order clearly. To make things worse, the girl who messed up my order was laughing while this was happening. They also don’t take customers seriously, they always talk and get the food done within 30 minutes, which is quite long despite them only having 2 customers. The whole situation was unprofessional and unacceptable. Their fries even had mold, and the entire place was filthy, with only enough room for four tables. This location seriously needs to be shut down.
The tables were dirty. They gave me boneless chicken, and I paid for tenders. Did not want to argue with them. I will just go to the Irving park location. They at least know the difference.

DRIVE THRU - parking lot experience. Sat behind 2 cars for nearly 5 minutes before deciding to just go inside
DINE IN/TAKEOUT- Explains why the drive thru is terrible. 3 people trying to use 1 register (but there are 2) same 3 people trying to pick orders at the same time while trying to ring a customer up.
If you simply put 1 person on register. 1 person prepping orders and the 3rd floater (presumably on drive thru) you could actually get customers out without the mountains of chicken in the bin getting cold...
But I digress. People run their business the way they want to

This night time crew 754pm never have they headset on claim that head set is broken. Had me waiting over 15 minutes to tell me they have no classic tenders for the rest of the night. And he could of said that over so called broken headset that he greeted me on.
