Too bad I can't give 1/10th of a star. This place sucks. I'm surprised they're still open. Rude employees. 30 minute wait for a chicken sandwich. At least, my dog enjoyed it.

So, the 75th location is wack, they filling orders, with old chicken, from the date before, no fresh chicken available, unless you want to wait, 20 to 30 min, for fresh chicken. Look like every one just rolled out of bed.
The stony island location beverage machine was out of order, no wings, refried dark chicken old and dry, and salty.
At 12noon, nothing was ready, or fresh.
Poor service! This location is never open when they’re supposed to be. Unfortunately never received my mobile order due to this. I left and came back and still no food. I will no longer order from this location. Might as well close it if your employees don’t want to work!!

I’ve been to this location about 5 times now AND EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY HAVE BEEN CLOSED. before 4pm every time! I literally can see the employees sitting down inside the store. What the hell?
Chicken was to hard rice beans was not done
Well I'm used to Popeyes being slow but they had nothing we wanted on Sunday the 3rd of Aug. No chicken sandwichs no tender dinners only meals. Ordered two 5 pieces tender meals one with fries one with red beans and rice. Not sure how food can be cold when it's supposed to be fresh. Pretty much like they bagged up the sides and then decided to fry the chicken. So by the time we got the sides they were cold. Cold fries and cold. Red beans and rice are pointless. The tenders were decent but they're supposed to be. Props to the young lady running the inside window. She clearly was trying to get things running smoothly to an otherwise lost crew. 30 bucks wasted on 10 tenders.

This place is so not customer service oriented. They never seem to prepared. I have just experienced the worst two experiences from the same damn restaurant. Two completely different times & with different organizations Popeye gave my order away to the wrong person. I will be calling their corporate manager

The worst chicken I have seen or tasted. Looked burnt and tasted like it was warmed up after being in a fridge. Have never experienced popeyes tasting line this. NO flavor Nor seasoning

This gotta be one of the worst Popeyes in Chicago they never open on time u order online it still takes 30 min to get your food and it’s still wrong the manager giving out free food out the back door 🤦🏽♂️get it together

DO NOT EAT AT THIS POPEYES. EVER. This is the worst Popeye’s in the city of Chicago, and the employees will definitely mess your order up. I specifically asked for a cinnamon apple pie, only to get into my car, drive off and bite into a strawberry pie. I checked my receipt which noted a cinnamon apple pie. I took it back, and the cashier said, “So, do you want a strawberry pie instead?” Mind you, I had just handed her the strawberry pie I didn’t want and explained I wanted a cinnamon apple pie and then asked for a cinnamon apple pie while explicitly saying, “I don’t want a strawberry pie.”
I had asked for two legs and one thigh. The cashier asked, “All dark?” I said, “Yes.” I didn’t check the box until I got home, and it’s a breast which I do not want, a thigh and a leg. I think there is something fundamentally wrong with the management and employees. No one is doing quality check. It’s like the process is, “See chicken. Put chicken in box. See pie. Put pie in box.” They’re not reading tickets. They’re just putting things in bags and boxes without checking the order for accuracy.
I hadn’t been to this Popeye’s in over a year, and it is because no matter how simple the order, they will mess it up. They have given me strawberry pies every single time I’ve asked for cinnamon, and I’ve had to either go back or get back in line. On top of this, they rarely have spicy chicken, and the wait times are ridiculous. This place has poor management. Do not eat here. They should replace the management. My experience happened on the date of this writing.

I blindly placed an order on UberEats and checked the reviews after. BIG MISTAKE! The apologies in the replies for the multiple low rating they’ve received is a waste. They continue to give bare minimum when it comes to food and service. ATP it’s just a money grab. This place needs to be shut down. IMMEDIATELY.

Came last night 15 minutes before closing. I went to the drive thru where I sat there for 5 minutes and no one said anything. When I pulled around to the window I got ignored. I love Popeyes but this was unacceptable I won’t ever come to this location again.
Place was in shambles, almost looked like the drive thru was broken. The majority of the items were out of stock. All they had were tenders and wings. Not even any fries! Took 5 minutes to place our order and we could barely understand what they were saying. At least the tenders were good.
