Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I had heard about how ghetto this place was, however, I'm a person of my own opinion and figured I’d give it a chance I ordered a pick-up off Uber Eats and immediately regretted it when I walked in I noticed that the Guy in the front was not greeting anyone it looked as if he was having a bad day. I’m not sure what his problem was. All I was trying to do was simply get my food. I walked up to the front. I saw a bunch of angry customers complaining about how slow and unprofessional they were. I stood at the window for a good 10 minutes until I had to say something I said excuse me, sir I’m here to pick up an order and I stated my name and he made some type of attitude face and turned around and didn’t say anything I waited another ten minutes and said excuse me, sir, were you able to find my order and he began barking at me and had the nerve to tell me was I done and to add insult to injury another employee interjected in and started yelling give us a minute um nobody was even talking to you 🙄it was completely unnecessary and rude. I do not recommend it. The guy was going back and forth taking orders from the register and making people food without gloves I seen his fingers go in people's food disgusting I don’t mind driving a distance for better service and a cleaner environment. Do not recommend eww 👎👎👎

Terrible! I spent $20 and they gave me the wrong order!

On oct. 4 2024 i when to Popeyes order 2 pieces white spicy no employees head on gloves even the manager I had to wait a hour for spicy chicken no no sodas in the machine. I guess it needed some syrup and CO2 was out. It was very packed people complaining really bad service always. This Popeyes need to improve and some one needs to come out and check on them I never liked this Popeyes always bad service is it because it’s on the south side.Thank you

There is always something wrong when I visit. The drive thru is only taking cash or they are always out of food item.

This Popeyes is the worst on the Southside. I just sat in the drive- thru for 15 or 20 minutes , no one came on to say, I be with you in a moment. Just dead air, so rather than waste my gas. I pulled over parked and came inside. About 15 people waiting for chicken. So I stood at the window no one came to take my order or say I'll be with you in a minute. Nothing. Food was up. Nobody being served. I took my money home. I will go to 87th Stony Island tomorrow maybe. Courtesy is part of customer service in this business. Also time is money.😡

I was told to come to the store on Friday for an interview. I sat there for two hours. Once they had time to talk to me. I was told to come back a week later. I did that and was told to come back another day completely waste of time, but they will tell you that they’re hiring. I wouldn’t recommend a store to no one but I can’t work there. Why would I spend my money there? That’s how I look at it.

This place was so nasty and the workers were so rude and I'm currently sitting here waiting almost a HALF HOUR for an 8 piece. My number is 13 but they calling numbers in the 40s now and watching a mouse run across the floor and none of the tables wiped down. They are gettin orders wrong and receiving numerous complaints. I tried calling Ms. L. Thompson the District Manager while I'm still waiting and her number is not in service but it is posted to call if you have a problem. And being though I can't I can make this post. Oh and one of the workers decided to go smoke weed in front of the establishment then return to work. Yea never again.
