This is one of the worst management team ever. The staff don't listen to you when you call them. They barely answer the phone. I'm so pissed right now. They always get my order wrong. Food is cold sometimes. This is unacceptable and I am disgusted. I order a lot because of my grandchildren. They loves ordering from here. I will report this location

The employees here are very kind and efficient. Very much appreciate the fresh food and prompt service.

Avoid this place at all costs! I generally like Popeye's but the service was so absolutely terrible. I order my food and wait, eventually I check to see if it's ready and the employees are all just chatting it up having a good time with one another, I see one female employee stuffing chips on the front line into her mouth with her fingers going into her mouth then casually go and grab my order as they finally realize it's been ready waiting. I ask do you wash your hands before you touch food and after you eat, and they play dumb. I ask them to wash their hands, when a male employee, tall says clearly in English that she doesn't need to she doesn't cook the food, I say yes you do need to, and please do it I just saw her stuff food in her mouth, which they clearly thought I didn't see. They refuse. I ask if I can speak to a manager and the two women who work up front say nothing refuse to get a manager, and the man says he doesn't speak English anymore. They gave me a lot of attitude and dirty looks while I ate my food. I then eat my food and ask again, I need to see a manager. They finally get me a manager and I tell him what went down, he doesn't seem happy, and when he goes back to talk to employees they are just arguing with him and lying through their teeth, and the tall male employee is clearly looking at me talking trash and swearing at me as if I don't understand his Spanish. Additionally, that same male employee I'm pretty sure giving away or selling your ice from the machine. I watched him give two big bags of ice to the woman that sells drinks from her cooler out front. The employees clearly were super rude and faked not speaking English and just clearly felt they could do whatever they wanted and treat customers however they wanted. I gave manager my receipt and I'd hope he'll do the right thing and refund me. But anyone would be better than the crew you got going there. Especially the woman with no hate and the tall male employee. I've never felt so disrespected and grossed out.

Your order will be late. They will not pay any attention to any specifications you make online (sauce types, chicken types). When you show up you will wait minimum of 15 minutes because they will not look your way once and keep taking orders or piling pick up orders on the side. This happens every single time I go there and someone needs to set a proper standard in this location.

They never have food in the Bin when they know it’s so busy also they need more people in the cooking area only one person is not enough

Food was fine first time I went. Second time I arrived shortly after opening so I could eat before work and they said everything would take 30 minutes. As a manager of a food service place myself, I don’t understand opening the doors if there’s nothing to serve. Maybe they were understaffed that morning, but I didn’t appreciate the curtness of the cashier.

When I've been there they were understaffed and were thus a little slow but apart from that, it's Popeyes and they make great food. This Popeye serves the food that Popeyes serves. It's not the staff's fault that they're slow

Hot and fresh food, people is warm and polite, especially Jose always smiling and great customer service, nice and clean place to dine in, not many places like that in this Chicago area.

20 minute wait in an empty restaurant for a chicken sandwich.

Very good popeyes with staff that was quick and polite. Order was hot when I left and they even threw in an extra side with my meal.
