I place a online order for pickup and this place is closed . Why are they still taking online orders while closed ? Then when you pull up they’re rude while telling you they’re closed . Do not place an online order for this place . To make matters worse , the pos staff marked my order as picked up and made it almost impossible to get a refund through online support . More trouble than it’s worth. I’ll drive an additional 5 minutes and go to a better location from now on . Take your business to 33 and Ashland . It’s only 5 months away and much better service

The people are literally just standing around doing nothing and when someone pulls up, they just wave them off. The doors are always locked during opening hours. it’s ridiculous. Why don’t you just close the location down paying people to do nothing

I recently ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches with no pickles and a large fry. I didn’t receive my fries AND you all added pickles to my sandwiches. Mind you my partner is allergic. The receipt says no pickles. Glad we caught them before he ingested them.

I want to here to pick up a GrubHub order there's no urgency with the cashiers they're very unprofessional have attitudes and if you don't speak Spanish good luck they straight up discriminated against me because I didn't speak Spanish but the joke's on them I understood everything my last name is Marquez 😂 the Hispanic blonde cashier that day only would help doordashers and grubhubers if they spoke Spanish otherwise you were left sitting at the window like an idiot I'm so glad I reported it to GrubHub

awful location and service, was told to wait a minute in the drive thru, 5 minutes go by and i hear nothing which isnt too bad, i understand if they were busy inside but then another 15 goes and i still havent heard anyone at the speaker. decide to just pull around because at this point 30 minutes have past and i still have not been served while cars pull around cutting in front in line. dude in drive thru window doesnt even speak english and he calls his coworkers who says that he didnt help me because he wasnt wearing his drive thru headset but was wearing his airpods. extremely unorganized and unprofessional
