Terrible service!

They take too long to serve, and when you tell them that you've been there for a while, the managers raise their voices and tell you that they're not cooking!

Stopped by 2/9 @ 7:15, can't take a picture of the receipt because I didn't get one.
They(a she) made me wait 10 minutes by the speaker, catch an attitude when I give my order number, make me wait another 5 minutes to only repeat myself. Pull up to the pick up window wait another 10 minutes to get the order thrown at me... don't wonder why your working at popeyes 🙄

Usually, I don’t have the best experience via drive thru, but I decided to go in today. I was serviced by Latoya and she was amazing. She was polite and got my order prepared within 10 minutes or less.

This is the worst Popeys on the south side of Chicago and no matter how much you complain, the more it stays the same. Placed order online, which by the way does no good at all you still end up waiting 30 mins if not longer.

That male manager needs re-training. He is ignorant, rude, no professionalism, condescending, disrespectful and lacks understanding of customer service. He talks to the customer any kind of way, not helpful and always act annoyed that you come there because he doesn't want to be bothered.

This is why I rather spend more money elsewhere for the same thing for better services. People always talk about supporting your local community, screw that. Especially when your own don't know how to treat you. Others can normalize it, I refuse to do that with my hard earned money. What did I get? Other=nothing, because I walked out. What do I recommend? I recommend not going there!

Extremely rude drive thru lady. Screamed at us for ordering a large combo and then said we never ordered one, and started talking bad about us right in front of us.

This is one of the worst popeyes in Chicago. They forget your orders charge you for something you didn’t pay for and be sneaky with the food. Do not trust this location with your money nor order you will be pissed off by the outcome.
