Literally no customers inside or in the drive-thru, so zero excuse for this nasty food . Chicken was super dry, and a feather was found in it. The mac and cheese was a ball of cold congealed cheese, with some noodles. Mashed potatoes were bland. I recommend you don't come to this location, they don't care about their customers and the food they are putting out there.

The cashier was rude and when I ordered a three piece this heffer rung me up for 3 separate pieces of chicken and had 3 hard azz biscuits in my box I said I will never go back to tht location. To top it off, it's 3 cashiers on one register, taking one order while helping the cashier that's working the drive-through. I had enough that day I vowed to never eat at that location again.

Greatest Popeyes in the city! Incredible staff and great food.

Every time I come here, the service gets WORSE and WORSE and the wait times are RIDICULOUS!!!! They lost my service.

Today, my son and his aunt went to buy fried chicken for $14.04. My sister gave me $20, but the salesperson (a lady from Mexico) only gave me $0.96 instead of $5. Later, my son asked her for it and gave it to me very unhappily. My sister and her child were left hanging in the store for 20 minutes without being given a meal. This is too much. I rarely give negative reviews, but today it really made me very angry😡. I hope the boss will strengthen management and make rectifications.

What is this?! Ordered 4 chicken sandwiches 3 had nothing on them!
2 LG Cajun fries 2 LG mash potatoes 3 cinnamon bisquits.... It was not cheap!!
Why are chicken sandwiches over cooked and plain? Where is the sauce and pickles? only 1 sandwich was ok it was over cooked but had sauce and pickles.
For the amount of money that is being spent, the food needs to be better. The quality needs to be better.

The wait is a little long but is worth the wait guess we can’t rush quality

Kitchen and dining area is extremely dirty, but the manager was even worse, very rude and unprofessional. Also lots of cockroaches

food is good but Drive through wait was a nightmare, so I went in and even going in was a 20+ minute wait for 2 two piece dinners, should never take that long for such a small order!
