Very disappointing. I came to this Popeyes at 8:45 p.m. and ordered to dine in. After paying, I was told they were closing at 9:00 p.m., even though their listed hours say they close at 10:00 p.m. I had to take my food out and eat in my car, which was very inconvenient, especially since it’s freezing outside.

Rose is the worst manager ever, she makes the environment very toxic and always treats the customers the worst. They need a new manager in there to have better customer experience. Nasty attitude, her and Tenni. Never going in the morning again. Im talking with corporate about the management in this location.

The staff at the place is very rude. It's nine at night and they're going to close the place, they told me even after I'd ordered. I was looking for a place to sit and have dinner. The man who helped me was very rude

This branch delivers the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Not only did they waste my time, but they also mishandled my rewards points. Instead of allowing me to redeem my points for what I actually wanted (which I had enough points for), they offered me an apple pie instead, completely disregarding my request.

It’s clear that the staff, including the manager, lack proper training and don’t prioritize customer satisfaction. I left feeling frustrated and cheated out of my points. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location altogether. It’s not worth the stress or disappointment.

Some guy with pink hair cut me off twice when speaking to me 10pm at the drive thru.
I’m convinced they served me the bottom barrel chicken sandwich because it was awful, dry, and they served me two tiny pieces instead of one good one like I’m used to.

This is the Best Popeyes The chicken is always fresh and the employees and the cooks are always super nice, The young Mexican guy at the front counter was so patient when a crowd stormed it at once on Christmas Eve to get last minute chicken I had Hot fresh chicken and the best apple pie, this customer service was a 10 out of 10 considering these people were there on XMAS Eve

I am gonna honestly leave Popeyes alone especially this location I just hate when I waste my time and then be told “ill call and speak to the other location and I don’t base my decision on what they say” yet you do and can’t even tell me whats been said yeah all locations of Popeyes are a joke and how they hire / train so yeah I’m done officially I’ll eat at some location but never wanna work for these company ever tf again especially this one and the one on Addison & Western

Farther away than I thought it was going to be. Long lines and traffic jams, not the restaurants fault.
What was their fault was getting my order wrong. I ordered 8pcs and Biscuits. The clerk repeatedy order but didn't give me the biscuits! I didn't realize until I got home.

This was once my favorite Popeyes to attend with my family.
The meals were exceptional and worth the drive. I live 6 miles from this location. The chicken is smaller with your order. The service has drastically changed to subpar. There's a young lady that works there that's consistently full of attitude and awful demeanor, several occasions. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.. Fond memories shouldn't be ruined with continued bad visits.
