Incredible food and drinks! GET THE CRISPY SHRIMP!! It’s award winning and totally worth it to stop by JUST for the shrimp. 🍤 looks spicy, IS NOT SPICY though. So good.

We recently hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner atPorter, and it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and completely taken care of.
The private dining space was beautiful—intimate, stylish, and perfectly arranged for our group, plus the view of the river was gorgeous. The food was absolutely outstanding. The food was beautifully presented and incredibly flavorful. Our guests particularly enjoyed the pita & hummus and the salmon. The cocktails were excellent, and we loved all of the different options the bar had on offer!
Service was truly exceptional. Drinks arrived quickly, plates were cleared discreetly, and the meal's pacing felt natural and well-timed. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to kick off our wedding weekend.
Highly recommend for any event—or even just a great night out.

We had a less than stellar experience here. The food was subpar for the price and the service was just okay. The views are beautiful and the drinks were decent. The restaurant is incredibly loud, so be prepared to shout to your neighbors when having conversation.

I have to say the disappointment in the food in this place was insane…. The crispy shrimp app was amazing. I was so stoked for my food when we got done with that. But when I received my halibut entree I was so disappointed. Severely under-seasoned (salt) . No color on it and overcooked. The broccolini also, missing salt and it was barely charred. I legit feel like I was eating nursing home or hospital food. The person I dined with had the brick chicken. It was slightly better, at least the chicken had color on it and a bite more salt, but still under-seasoned. I suppose I should have verified how the halibut is prepared…but with such a good rating on here, figured it would be good…and especially after the shrimp. The drinks were great. Service was quite good, but when we arrived the person at the host stand barely said anything, no welcome greeting and barely said a word. Server was quick and friendly. Ambience is amazing. While I was very disappointed in my entree, the experience was still a good one. Just will have to ask some questions moving forward if I return…or return my food 🙃

Excellent service and river ambiance (thank you Gavin). Started with an “Empress French 75” cocktail (tart w/ smooth finish), Crispy Shrimp” appetizer was award winning delicious plus the hand made tater tots were yummy. Entrees, Broiled Salmon and Campanella Verde with chicken most enjoyable. Only wish we had room for dessert... next time.
Fantastic service here, at a moderate price. Food was delicious, good drinks, and I'll definitely be back.
The restaurant was a little difficult to find, but overall the service was great, the food was tasty, and the price point was decent! I especially loved the ambiance - fairy lights on the ceiling, beautiful decor, aesthetically-pleasing seating (especially the booths), and beautiful view of the lake. We would've gotten outdoor seating if it were warmer outside. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a pre-opera dinner!
Nothing eventful, servers were doing the bare minimum, it was okay. They charged us to pay through qr code

We had a business meal during lunch hours. We had a great table with a river view and the wait staff was very attentive. I would recommend this place.
Some of the food was very good, but missed the mark on other dishes (the artichokes in my dish were rock hard). Service was very slow, our waitress seemed to have a lot of tables so she didn't stop by very often.
Great service! Wonderful food and a nice, kicked back atmosphere. Parking is a bit goofy, but not impossible to figure out.
It was okay. Great views. The food was bland and not that great. But, my daughters and I enjoyed the service.
This was amazing restaurant, the view outside while watching the boats pass by . The food and drinks were good as well . Everything tasted wonderful , service was amazing
