This place is beyond enraging & pathetic. This is the third/fourth time that I order a simple plain chicken sandwich or fish sandwich and I get half a gallon of mayo/tartar sauce. Having food delivered and to see someone just being plain ignorant w/my food?! Let that person go feed their mother, they don’t belong in food service. And for the manager: this type behavior will cause you to lose customers, don’t offer a new sandwich cause the last thing I’d ever eat is here. Not even sure why my hubby woke me up for this but now I’m mad.

We had the Maxwell street polish sausage, fries and vanilla shake. All of the food was great.

I appreciate how the menu has a good balance between classics and unique dishes.
Food was awesome with great seasoning
Their desserts are rich but never overwhelming.
Staff checked back at the right times.
The staff greeted us warmly.
Plenty of self-service kiosks to order if that suits you. They now serve breakfast, which was news to me.
I like that online pickup orders aren't left for anyone to grab.

Portillos was ok for breakfast.i think they do better for lunch & dinner.the selection for.breakfast wasn't great.i.got a side of bacon & a great fruit cup.both were good.no pancakes no oatmeal.

The drinks are flavorful and refreshing.
Fries were extremely salty. For $17 I don't want any part of my meal not to be done correctly. Portillo's is awesome but not worth it.
