I go to Chicago 4 or 5 times a year and Portillo's is a must stop!!!!

My favorite; beef and sausage combo with sweet peppers, fries with a side of cheese sauce and a cold drink. Damn it, now I'm hungry. And if it's your first time to Chicago/Portillo's then an original Chicago style dog with every is a MUST!

We've gone thru Portillo's drive-thru and have dined in at the location on Addison Street. On both ends, the service was fast and friendly. The restaurant is clean and spacious. It is kid friendly. The food is as pictured. I always order the burger, and my son gets the hotdogs. The food is outstanding food fast food. My burger is always juicy, fluffy, and delicious. I will not get a burger anywhere else.

Parking: Parking is handicap ♿️ accesible...

For a fast food place, Portillos was outstanding. I've ordered from the drive-thru in the past. The service was great, and the people who took the order were nice. The location was very clean. The service was very fast. We ordered hot dogs and burgers. I love the burgers here. Picture worthy and very good. My 6yr old son loves the hotdogs.

Parking: Easy. Lots of parking.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs. Kid friendly menu. Great food...
