This place has gone downhill! Just ordered uber eats. Panang was watery..its like they pre made and froze it. The tom yum fried rice was gumny and overly salted and the woon sen noodle were stuck together like a big blob. Highly dissappointed! And Thai is my favorite food. I will never order here again! Not fresh at all-Yucko!!!

I miss this place! The steak Pad See/No Broccoli! ??? They don't make food like yours in Kentucky and they DEFINITELY do not give service like you have over the years!! ?? Huge XO! Can't wait to visit again!

This was the first time we've ordered from here and we will not be back. We ordered the Tom Kha and the "broth" literally tasted like watered down ketchup. The large chunks of bell peppers tasted like they were just tossed in there last minute, and there were ZERO mushrooms. I only had a couple spoonfuls before I gave up, and my husband didn't even start his based on the look and smell alone.
Ordered food at 7:20 pm on their online app, Beyond Menu on a Friday evening. At 7:30 restaurant called to say they were out of one item, no problem. At 8:30 I called to check on the status, was told out for delivery, at 9:00 no food still, called restaurant every 10 min x 4 goes to voicemail, called Beyond Menu 3 times, they also couldn't get through to the restaurant so at 9:40, 2 hrs and 20 min after ordering, I told Beyond Menu to cancel and refund my money. At 9:50 driver calls to say he will be here in 10 min, I told him he can keep his cold food, it's been 2 1/2 hrs. Never again.

Pot Pan is located in the hip Wicker Park neighborhood in Chicago. There are so many restaurants in Wicker Park and never stumbled upon this location before. I put in my meal order through the mobile app Allset where you can order your food in advance and it's ready when you arrive. I showed up and my food was ready right away. I ordered the spicy chicken pad Thai. I eat at a lot of Thai restaurants and absolutely loved this pad Thai. The level of spice and flavor along with the ratio of chicken to noodles was ideal. For some reason there was nobody there except me but it was a bit early for lunch and there was a hometown Chicago cubs game going on so that could have played into it. However, I'd highly recommend coming to Pot Pan to buy chicken pad Thai. I cant wait to come back soon to try out their thai red curry. Make a visit hear and you will be glad you did.
