Very good sandwiches. One employee was a little short with us but the others were very friendly. Watch out for the hot peppers.... Omg those things are fire!!! 🔥😯🤣

Worst service ever. The lady threw my sandwich at me after making. Staff talking about how they don’t give a crap about working there right in front of us. Yelling loudly. If there is any management I’d fire the two workers working Sunday June 15 immediately.

I went to grab two sandwiches today at the Potbelly on 200 S. Michigan Ave. near our home. There were two people working and only three customers, including me. The two workers looked distracted and ignored the customers. After ordering my two sandwiches, I was the only customer in line. My sandwiches just sat there after coming out of the oven for about 7-8 minutes. One worker left to retrieve a light blue looking trash bag and starting refilling plastic salad bowls and lids. The other worker got on her mobile - all while my sandwiches just sat there. She finally got off her phone and totally ignored me and then she got back on her mobile. After 10 or so minutes, I just walked out. There are too many better restaurants to grab lunch in Chicago. Potbelly sucks.

Service was rude and uncomfortable. While getting my order, service was both rude and the experience awkward as some workers were discussing in between them. Had to wait to pay while I could see how staff was chatting around and after paying staff didn't even aknowledge me to say we were done.

Service staff was very rude. Not friendly at all. There was a couple after us who also commented on the rude and slow service. The two employees were talking to each other and ignoring customers. It took far too long to get a sandwich. In addition, the bathroom was dirty.

My friend and I came in on what seemed like a a slow Sunday but there was a little lunch rush. Dominique handled the line so well. Zero stress, pleasant attitude, she was super sweet and helpful!!
