What horrible service. I walked in to purchase my lunch. I asked if I could use the washroom first. The young man in the red shirt geared from his phone for a quick glance and said something. So I repeated myself, barely glancing away from his phone he stated I needed to make a purchase. He stated that I need to make a purchase prior to using the bathroom. So I left your facilities, if I have to be treated so poorly to use your bathroom, my money is not good enough for you.
I am glad the employee lack customer service skills and I did not make a purchase. I checked on your ratings and it is horrible. I also dodge the bullet after reading a review regarding the roach incident and how the employee dealt with it

Cool spot to dive in while shopping in the area. DELICIOUS sandwich, no wait, friendly staff. No picture because I devoured that sub with a quickness. GET THE ROASTED GARLIC AIOLI!!

Allow me to paint a picture: I am standing in line while my sandwich is being made when I see a cockroach scurry across the counter in front of me. I am befuddled. I then watch the employee making my sandwich slam the cockroach with a paper bag. She wipes it off the counter out of my line of sight towards her onto the surface where she is preparing my food. What happened after that? It’s a mystery to me. It all happened so fast. “Sorry about that,” she says nonchalantly.
I am no stranger to roaches, and I know that they don’t travel alone. This deeply saddens me as I love potbelly and (used to) frequent this location - but I have to say goodbye.

Came in 40 minutes before closing. Employee put my sandwich in the oven, continued to clean surfaces with a dirty rag, then continued to make my sandwich without changing gloves. Lost my appetite and wasted $10 on a sandwich that was made with wet rag water. Really gross

I was literally The Only customer in the store waiting for my food. i was sitting in plain sight of the staff making my food and several pickup orders, and these lazy imbeciles forgot about me in the time it took for the sandwich to go through the oven. Never thought to ask me what I was waiting for, just assumed they had made an extra sandwich by mistake and let it go cold until I finally asked about my order. i am never tipping these idiots again.

Idk what is going on at this potbelly if it was bad da or what but food I got hr ago has made me sick I got chilli should’ve followed my mind and stuck wit soup it’s my go to the chilli was gross I only ate a couple spoons I got a sugar cookie as it was the only option left again that was a sign the cookies was hard n horrible again instant stomach pain and bathroom trip I want my money back and it was dirty where you get the napkins one spoon only knives available yes this Belmont location never again!!

I like this Potbelly on Belmont. The food is always great, the staff is very nice and quick and it's a chill vibe. It's on a busy street by the Belmont Red/Brown but the staff does a great job. A while back, it was a busy night. Only had 2 staff working the line. A guy by the prep and a girl by the register. They handled it like a beast. Very efficient and quick. I wish I knew their names so I can recognize them to the company. It was great to see them in action. Keep it up!
