I had to wait for my drink they were not busy but had no refresher made at all. Being it was an online order I would think they would check those things…. Food was labeled incorrectly. The wrong sandwich’s were in the wrong bags. SMH

Walked in to place an order and the young man that was taking the orders walked away ,when I was next started doing 2 -3 other things before coming to take my order,But kept looking at me , I felt as if he purposely did that , and he didn’t even apologize,

I ordered a Turkey sandwich. It could have very well been someone else's sandwich. Only two of the toppings were correct. The young lady at the register seemed bothered to take the order.

I honestly don't know how they messed up my order so bad. I ordered two sandwiches. The first one they got right, but the second one was no where near what I ordered. I ordered a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and seasoning. I got home and it had mayo, mustard, hot peppers, onion, and pickles???? Please listen and do better next time:/

They have one person working. This location is not adequately staffed. He took 6 orders then started to make my sandwich after. Been here for 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Just close this store at this point.
I can only rate the food since we ordered for delivery. This is our second time ordering from this location and I'm really disappointed in the lack of meat. My first time was the same (yesterday), so I selected light on everything so they can compensate with the turkey slices. Didn't make a difference. I guess I got a veggie sandwich ?
I recommend a different location. Don't know which, but not this one.

Second time I get Zapps jalapeño chips and they taste terrible and not the way they are suppose to taste. It’s only this location I get bad chips. Don’t know if it’s a bad batch or the way they store them. Taste like pork rhinds.

These guys seemingly can't remember to include a straw with their overpriced shakes whether or not you ask. And they expect for people to tip on pickup orders... lol. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the food is decent but honestly I can't imagine if I paid that much for a shake and wasn't able to drink it.

Order from another location!!! I placed a group order for a work lunch and when I came to pick up the order, I didn't have my fountain drink ready so I asked the attendee to check the receipt. I had to show her where the drink was marked. This wasn't a big deal. After getting back into the office we notice there was something wrong with one of the orders. The salad came only with cheese, and after calling the store to speak with the manager, there was nothing he could do. I explained to him that it may have been a glitch system error, and he did not care. I understand that you make what is on the ticket but why would anyone order a chicken salad without any chicken?!? I also know that many people are taking advantage of the system, but this wasn't the case! The sandwiches were also mediocre. There was barely any product on it. I had to call customer service to resolve the issue. This review is for the location: 2739 N Elston Ave. I see why it has 3.8 star reviews. I will be ordering from another location in the future.
