Don’t order your food from Uber eats here, they will mess up your order and put nothing on it… also the African American lady working there today hates her life working there, I picked up and she acted and treated me with some sort of bitterness I love potbelly but this location is by far the worst experience I have ever had with this establishment! Definitely going to another location next time!

Ordered a meal thru the app, the dasher didn’t deliver it and pretty much witnessed them stealing it.
Tried to see if they can remake it and they denied me.
So I lose money and I don’t even get my food.
Door dash wasn’t even very helpful either.

I placed my order at 12:14pm. My order was estimated to be ready at 12:29pm. I got to the store around 12:35pm to pick up my order. There were about 10 people waiting on mobile orders to pick up and maybe 30 people in line to place orders. There were about 5 employees working. I understand that the store was clearly very busy. However, the customer service to all the customers was very poor. The staff making the orders were yelling and rude to customers. The staff at the register was sending text messages on her phone in between taking payments from customers, in addition to her being rude to the customers. The staff working on the mobile orders was rude. She bumped into me twice. After waiting for 20 minutes, I had to return to work WITHOUT my order since I have a 30-min lunch. Upon returning to the store around 2:25pm to pick up my order. They were no longer busy, but the customer service was still poor. There was no greeting. No empathy for the delay in order. This is the WORST customer service I've witnessed in a while. I will never return to this store. The Google rating for this store is only 3.7. Let's make it an even 0 stars! I'm sure you're making good money at this store, but I guarantee that you're losing money everyday that you have this incompetent staff mishandling your customers.

Overall, decent place to grab lunch; however, be aware that lunch time gets super crowded and line is long. Food was good, but the servers seemed extremely overwhelmed and stressed. I believe the receipt machine went down and that along with the huge line made things stressful. Atmosphere was average for a Potbelly's.
Vegetarian options: There are a few... But I usually get the Mediterranean salad with no meat or a veggie skinny sandwich. Both are good to me ?

I was working nearby and decided to stop by for lunch. The place was not busy and the food and service ended up being great.When I went they had not received the correct order for bread because they only had small and medium breads.Sandwich was great. The staff was nice. No complaints :)

Recently attended some courses for fashion and live in villa park. I take the Metra down and came here all 3 days for a breakfast sandwich along with a shake. The food is good and so are the shakes. The staff were attentive and got my order right. When I come back down for more courses this will be my location to go to.

I love Potbelly sandwiches, but this location has messed up too many times for me to risk coming back. Some visits, I've waited almost 30 minutes for a sandwich, sometimes the sandwich is missing ingredients, and sometimes it has extra ingredients. They also made the wrong size one time and tried to convince me that it's what I ordered, after they asked me 3x what sandwich and size I wanted while making it.I almost exclusively rate 5 stars, but if you're thinking of Potbelly for lunch/dinner, probably find another location.
