This is the 4th time that I've ordered a sandwich from this location. It's never correct. Something is missing or something added. I'll pass on this location going forward. When I went back to get it corrected, they were rude. Every time.
Sandwiches are of consistent quality and if you pre-order on the app, I can usually get it within 10 minutes. I do agree with some of the other comments, though. The staff seem a bit disorganized and it's absolutely chaos at lunch.... so definitely do the pre-order!

At the law firm I work at we had a last-minute lunch for 40pp. I called the location on S. Wacker and the young lady on the phone could not have nicer and more helpful. She understood the urgency and made suggestions to help me. WE had the food for 40 hungry lawyers here in the office within 15 minutes. I cant thank you enough!

I had a superb Mediterranean Chicken Sub with hot peppers & Deli Mustard with Broccoli soup here. It was refreshing. Loved it. Worth the $12.

The order pickup is a sh1tshow. People can just walk in and grab anyoneâs order. Also, multiple times my orders werenât ready until much later. There were times when I ordered a cookie and it wasnât in the bag. One time I had to check the bag before I left the door and asked why the cookie wasnât there, I was told âwe ran out of itâ. Can you believe this!And today my order wasnât there 15 mins after itâs ready time, and another 15 mins later I was told someone grabbed my order already. If I didnât work in the building, Iâd never visit this location again.

Potbelly is een soort Subway waar je alle broodjes kan laten maken die je wilt. En het is zeer gunstig gelegen schuin tegenover Union Station dus op de terug weg uit het station mooi makkelijk een sandwich meenemen ze snijden hem door de midden en je kan hem gewoon lopend op straat op eten.
