I recently had a horrible experience at Potbelly’s, and the lack of service from the manager, Jordan, was shocking. When I placed my order, there were several mistakes, and when I politely asked Jordan to correct them, he seemed completely uninterested in helping. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, he threw the cheese onto my sandwich carelessly and then proceeded to burn it. To top it off, his attitude was rude throughout the interaction, displaying terrible customer service. It was truly disappointing and not at all what I expected.

I recently visited Potbelly Sandwich Works to pick up an order, and while the food met my expectations, the customer service left much to be desired.
I interacted with an employee named Jordan, who was responsible for handling my order. Unfortunately, Jordan was not very communicative or polite. Additionally, I was not greeted upon arrival, which made the experience feel impersonal and unwelcoming. Clear communication, a friendly demeanor, and a simple greeting are essential, especially in customer-facing roles, and this interaction certainly lacked all three.
On a positive note, the sandwiches themselves were excellent. They were prepared exactly as ordered, with fresh ingredients and great flavor. Potbelly continues to deliver high-quality food, which is why I keep coming back.
However, the customer service experience with Jordan was disappointing and detracted from the overall visit. I hope Potbelly addresses this issue to ensure all customers receive the warm and attentive service that complements their delicious offerings.

Today 4/15/2024 was my final time going to this particular Potbelly. I will give a restaurant 3 chances. On 2 occasions, my sandwich was made incorrectly. I ordered a wreck with no oil or mayo. Both times, my sandwiches came back with all the ingredients. Today, I placed my order, a regular wreck on white. The guy taking my order either didn't put my sandwich in, or the sandwich finisher gave it to someone else. They had to remake it. I only have 30 minutes for lunch, and I don't have time for them to jack up my sandwich. I will go to Jimmy John's down the street. At least they listen to their customers.

Had a Tuna salad sandwich and an oreo shake. The Tuna needed a little more taste to it. The cookie on top od the shake was super soft and should not have been. Maybe with how they are stored?

Young lady taking and making my order was polite and well spoken. I had the Steakhouse Beef and it was delicious, bread was just the right size and not too crunchy or too soft, and just the right amount of ingredients so it was filling but not too messy. The chocolate shake was not chocolate enough for me, but the consistency reminds me of homemade ice cream

Don't think I would have survived college without this establishment. I probably sampled their entire menu. My favourites are 1) chicken salad sandwich, 2) turkey breast sandwich, 3) meatball sandwich, 4) tuna salad sandwich, and 5) mushroom melt. I always went with big and whole grain/multigrain. Yumm!!

I often get lunch from this location, and it is pretty consistent in quality. Sandwiches are good, and fairly priced. I recommend ordering ahead from the app for lunch, the line can get pretty long.
