Potbelly’s food and customer service is not what it use to be. I ordered a kids meal with 3 other large sandwiches and was given a hard time because I wanted to add extra meat to it. I filled out the survey and choose the option to have someone reach out to me. No one ever reached out. I was spending $30-$50 a week with a company that doesn’t even care enough to reach out.

Potbelly's has been a staple for me since the early 2000's when it came on the spot. I first enjoyed them on State Street and Lake. And I still enjoy it's foods, atmosphere and rugged old look with nostalgia. It's cozy and the music ? selections of the 60"s, 70's and the Disco era is good. The music takes you back to times when bands used instruments and played their own unique sounds and the singers could actually saaaang and had a real purpose with causes of the world's happenings during those years. What matters is the real love in the messages of the music, but be careful of the lyrics, some lyrics were not always so loving. Why? There was pains and lyrics the industries wanted you to express. If you're from those era's then you'll know. Potbelly's brings all of that together in a rich wholesome way and it's a great place to dine in and eat, pickup to go orders and be served with friendly people and a beautiful smile ??. Thanks Potbelly's for your services and warmth of your hearts as workers giving customers humble customer service.

Pretty much everything you expect from a Potbelly. Prices are a tad high.
I decided to come in to eat something to kill time while waiting on the bus (around 7pm). I ordered the “Wreck” sandwich and let me tell you, my 12 yo niece can make better sandwiches!! They got my order wrong, forgot to add cheese and turkey breast. My order was remade and this time loaded with lettuce more than anything. I asked for Mayo and Italian seasoning and it was bland. Skimpy on the meat. Driest sandwich I’ve EVER had. Subway is better and I don’t even like subway like that LOL! Lastly, 2 employees were rude. Don’t come to this location!!!!!
