The worst experience no one came to the drive thru or window just shut it down

When you have a drive thru employee who is too lazy to tell the customer what type of breads you carry I can assure you this location is doomed for failure.i will never stop here again and this was my first visit. AND LAST 8:58p 10/7

I actually feel this is one of the better Potbellys. However, my last visit felt rushed and very hostile. I was ordering for other people. I felt rushed which made me forget some of the customization of my order. The young lady who was assisting me responding to my confusion by hollering and rolling her eyes she said. "You keep forgetting stuff"! She was notably upset. I apologize for the mix up. I understand that this could be frustrating but this could have been avoided had she not rushed me. I spent a substantial amount of money this visit but felt very disregarded. I deal in customer service daily and know this situation could have been handled with more grace.

Had to wait a little bit for my chicken salad to be made but I was complimented with a free cookie. Friendly staff....

The employees at the 111th & Doty Rd are discourteous, unwelcoming and just plain rude. I waited 15 additional minutes after placing my order online. When the young lady finally bagged and handed me my order, she never said thank you or sorry about your wait, absolutely not one word , just handed me the bag and turned around.

One of the better potbelly's. I've been going here a long time and my order is generally prompt and correct. Clean inside and drive thru is fast.

I ordered a Skinny Veg. I had a hard time finding the sliced avocado. My Son saw a fragment of it smashed on one end of the bread. So fresh avocado is not what being served. Service was respectable but there was no smile. Employees looked upset and over worked.

This location has POOR customer service !!!! I was on my lunch and decided to get potbelly’s,. I was walking to the door and pulled and pulled but it would not open. A gentlemen walked up and tried to open the door as well!!! It would not open. I peeked inside and employees were watching us struggle with the door and no one came to assist us. A gentlemen called from his phone and asked were they opened and they said yes and STILL DIDNT COME TO THE DOOR AFTER THEY WATCHED US AGAIN!! A customer on the other side struggle to open the door and when she opened it that’s when we entered, employees were laughing as if something was funny!!! I walked up to order and Jermaine said we don’t have any soup!!! How and you just opened, not until 45 minutes !!
I called back for a district manager number and Keisha answered and was rude as EVER, hollering just tell me what the problem is, I don’t have the district manager number. She was talking to me as if I was a child. She put Jermaine on the phone and his response to the district manage number was they just going to have me talk right back to you and proceeded to give a website for the district manager . I have never been treated like this at ANY potbelly before and I am waiting on somebody to respond to me about this matter!!!
I just left the drive thru picking up my order and the young man that left me sitting at the pick up window for 5 minutes without a word. No apologies once he opened it to ask what I was picking up, then left me waiting for a few more minutes. I placed my order online and came 10 minutes after the pick up time just to avoid any issues. But the lack of customer service from this evenings staff was disappointing.

Poor location. They never add napkins or straws to delivery orders as requested. They also forget items like drinks.
SLOW. Why it take 30 mins for soup?
Just left your drive-thru. Ordered your pot pie soup, the wreck. I drive off and noticed that I didn't receive oyster crackers. Not a problem for me but I guess it was for the drive-thru attendant because with much attitude she says " crackers don't come with it, you have to ask for it". All that conversation wasn't necessary. All she had to do was pass me the crackers and I'm on my way. I enjoy this location but today something was off. After ordering I sat at the drive-thru window for at least 10 minutes before the cashier or the young man that was standing there acknowledged me. I thought this was odd because usually you pay and then wait for your order. Not today because both employees were on their phones and the youngman never turned around to acknowledge my presence. Management should be made aware. Customer service suffered today.
