After not having Potbellys for a couple years I was excited to find one minutes away from home. I ordered an original wreck on white with no peppers and no tomatoes. Excited to try the sandwich I take the first bite to get a mouthful of peppers and realize there's also tomatoes on it along with being drenched in oil. I was so excited only to be disappointed and not be able to enjoy my sandwich.

I went to the store walked to it all the way from Cottage Grove was attempting to use the washroom before I mad purchase to sit down & enjoy several crew workers replied the washroom is out of order now what’s the purpose of dining here if when I’m done I can’t use the toilet rest room why are workers in the Urban community so quick to find pride in dissatisfying a customer I had been on the bus since 39th & Cottage just to stop there on my way home we just gotta hire ppl with more enthusiastic energy they suck I been in the food industry 25 years we know the types just bad energy & bad for business.

This Pullman location is THE absolute worst. The staff is so rude. They do not care if they get your order right or not. They act like your bothering them when you ask for anything that you want on your sandwich. Every single young lady at every station was rude. I understand if you don’t like your job but there is no need to treat people rude when they come in there to spend their hard earned money which is actually keeping them employed. They all need to be retrained or else this establishment will not be around long. I’ve given the several chances and each time I get the same result. I will NOT be coming back to the location ever again and I stay right down the street. It’s ashame it be our own people. Also I’ve gone there several times and they also told me that the drive-through was closed to come inside. SMH

The customer service is terrible at this location! The staff was more concerned about engaging in conversation amongst themselves, then been being attentive to customers. I repeated my order because it was clear she wasn’t listening to me and The attitude I was given because she messed up my order Twice was appalling. She literally threw my sandwich on the counter. And walked off! I will never return. All customers should be treated with respect and dignity. If I could given 0 stars I would.

Manager and employees are extremely rude with no customer service skills. They lie and say can’t take orders at the drive thru because they’re lazy. I told them multiple times not to put pickles on my sandwich because I am allergic and the big male with the dreads did it anyways trying to be funny. I’ve filed a complaint with corporate and the better business bureau. This is unacceptable behavior. The manager has a bad attitude and don’t know how to talk to people.

The food and atmosphere was what I expected, but the service was horrible. There were two people ahead of me and none behind me. The order taker appeared to be nonproductive yet I had to wait three or four minutes before he would take my order. I just passed off to the sandwich repair who was very busy. After waiting six or seven minutes the order taker who was walking around, apparently being nonproductive, decided he would prepare my sandwich.. after preparing my sandwich, he made a half hearted attempt to wrap it and stop it into a sandwich bag. When I attempted to get it out, I had to rip the bag open and everything spilled all over the place. I won’t be going to this Potbelly again.

When you have a drive thru employee who is too lazy to tell the customer what type of breads you carry I can assure you this location is doomed for failure.i will never stop here again and this was my first visit. AND LAST 8:58p 10/7

I actually feel this is one of the better Potbellys. However, my last visit felt rushed and very hostile. I was ordering for other people. I felt rushed which made me forget some of the customization of my order. The young lady who was assisting me responding to my confusion by hollering and rolling her eyes she said. "You keep forgetting stuff"! She was notably upset. I apologize for the mix up. I understand that this could be frustrating but this could have been avoided had she not rushed me. I spent a substantial amount of money this visit but felt very disregarded. I deal in customer service daily and know this situation could have been handled with more grace.

The employees at the 111th & Doty Rd are discourteous, unwelcoming and just plain rude. I waited 15 additional minutes after placing my order online. When the young lady finally bagged and handed me my order, she never said thank you or sorry about your wait, absolutely not one word , just handed me the bag and turned around.
