Last Saturday I get skinny turkeysandwich just for #7 but the African American guy charge me $29.40. I reported to my bank and the bank after sean the receive they returned to me all the money. Is not fair when just u have to pay just $7 and he's comes charge me $29.40. Guy's attention with this location. Im going at this location to many times but now never going back here

First time coming here with my coworkers on lunch and they missed every single condiment except pickles. Super bland sandwich that I ended up taking home to add the missing things to myself. Huge waste of money, myself nor my coworkers will ever be back.

For a fast food spot, this place is great - lots of healthy ingredients, vegetarian options, and sweet treats. Every time I've ordered lunch from this location via GrubHub/Uber Eats (I work remotely & don't always have time to cook), they have kept me healthy and fed. Thank you so much, Potbelly staff, you deserve praise and a raise! This is a great fast food option with fair prices; the sandwiches are very filling, and the salads come with protein options like chicken, eggs, and hummus. Extremely grateful for the care and attention to detail!

Placed an online order. Wasn't ready when I got there. One table but EMPTY otherwise. How am I waiting over 25 minutes for a soup and sandwich? If it was busy, I'd understand. Ridiculous. After waiting for the food that said it was on the shelf (which it was not), she then asked me for my confirmation number which I've never had to do before. Get home, sandwich was not made right. Gross

We ordered sandwiches and they almost had no meat in the sandwiches we took out bread bc there was not enough meat , mostly bread. We obviously don’t have a scale to weigh the meat but I’m sure they gave us less than what they should have I’ll be going to other locations
