There was a Rude Hispanic tall blond it girl in the register - I ordered online to get my order picked up .. as I walked in I asked my for order the latina blonde girl gave it to me so rudely I asked for my shakes she’s like they are in the bag , and turned her back on me, as I walked out to my car to review my order I saw it was wrong . Which the sticker place in the sub says exactly how it should be . So I proceeded back into the restaurant , skinny tall Latina blonde took it gave it to the other short Latina both giggle and started to re do it. I asked her nicely please make sure it has extra meat I paid for extra. Her response was like yeah I know. Handed it back to me with attitude.

I ordered lunch today through the Potbelly app. The first thing I noticed from my order was the Mac & cheese. It looked off in color. It was old and dry, I didn’t even eat it. My cookie I ordered was stale and my sandwich barely had chicken. I ended up throwing out my food which was disappointing since I don’t like wasting food.

Shout out to the good, hardworking people at this location. My order got canceled because the door dash driver didn't want to take it. I called the shop and they were able to offer my money back or to remake my food and put in a refund for my delivery fee and tip for me. I'll be looking forward to just coming to the shop instead. Thank You guys and keep up the good work!!

The soup is excorbitantly overpriced, you have to watch the girl at the register, after I checked my receipt she charged for a cookie I never ordered. Screw tipping this bunch.
We used to be very happy placing online orders because everything worked out perfect and it was well organized. But not anymore! WE are VERY DISAPPOINTED with the DELIVERY SERVICE in this location. It's already been 3 times that they delivered the orders wrong. Something is always missing, last time we received our order 2 hours later because according to them, our online order was not showing on their system. Today I was calling to check on our order and the girl that answered hang up on me and then I tried calling back like 10 times and no one answered. :-(Attn: Olympic Store Fixtures Inc.

For the past 6 times I have tried this location in between 4 months (it is by my job) not including a $300 corporate order; the condiments are missing from the sandwiches. The bread is stale/ small amount of deli meat/ NO HOT PEPPERS when we order double/ No AVOCADO when charged extra. Needless to say I will just STARVE than go. Very disappointed... TAKE OUT and EAT IN ordered ( have tried both) still terrible... STAFF CANNOT READ CLEARLY !! :-(

The salad is so skimpy!! I love their walnut apple/chicken salad. I always get the pick a pair with chicken pot pie soup. The soup is great. It used to be a nice size serving of the salad and now there is a handful of greens and a few pieces of chicken. Very disappointed! Will probably not order again. Too little for the money.Parking: Location is great. My only complaint is the skimpy salad!
