It was super busy and wmtook a while to order, but the staff was working as hard as they could to get us taken care of. Not the coziest atmosphere since it was so crowded but a Potbelly sandwich always hits the spot and it was a convenient spot to grab lunch downtown.

Potbelly sandwiches are not that exceptional, but the service here was amazing. The folks behind the counter seemed so upbeat and happy to be serving us! I would come back just to watch the employees be happy.

It's a bad version of Subway.
Update: This is what my last experience was. This time the Sandwich war delicious. Only that you can‘t see (only read) what you can put on your Sandwich, is still a downgrade to Subway.
