What bad service from this place. I asked a simple question to the girl who was attending the register and apparently she doesn't like it when a customer asks something related to the order. If you don't like customer service, simply don't work in a place where you have to deal with people all day.

Highly disappointed in this place I order here 4 to 5 times a week when I get off my break , One other time I ordered my sandwich (BIG VEGGIE MELT NO CHEESE And all vegetables one of the workers was touching my sandwich after touching becon and I asked for my sandwich to be made again because I’m vegan the GENERAL Manager told me next time I have to ask for the gloves to be changed I said ok I will next time . So this time around I asked for gloves and the other lady related to the other team member to change his gloves and i come so often even the workers know my order by heart , so the team members was placing my condiments and I was explaining to him I’m vegan and I don’t like my food, touching other meat products as we were talking, he proceeded to cut my sandwich with a knife that he used to cut all the other meat products, including pork which I also know that that’s cross contamination at ANY restaurant .
I asked for my sandwich to be remade, which was not a problem, but then…
The general manager (Betty) came over and told me I asked you to tell my workers everything that you want for your sandwich last time because you holding up my line and I do this every single time that I come in the store (untrue) it’s only been one other time that I asked for the gloves to be changed and I come very often . I proceeded to ask the general manager, Betty I have to ask for my sandwich to be cut with a separate knife and I told the person that the bread station that I’m vegan and I don’t want my sandwich touching other meat products and she alerted her team member that I’m Vegan and to change his gloves She told me yes I have to ask her every single thing and it’s not a requirement for her to change knives or gloves I Even have a voice recording of her saying all of these things she was very dismissive as to what I was trying to explain, she did not listen to me, She over talked me , She talked with a lot of aggressiveness in her voice and just plain rude . I even tried to resolve the issue by pulling her to the side and having a one on one conversation with her that did not GO WELL AT ALL. She was very aggressive once again also rude
At the end of the day, I did not want the sandwich due to the general manager (Betty) lack of concern and aggression I will Not going back to this location 8300 S Holland Rd and I’ll be going to social media for this voice recording 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 too the general manager there very unprofessional .
A great lunch spot, long line but they will have you outa there in time to clock back in!!!

Employees working with big beats headphones on and trying to make two sandwiches at a time. Hygiene is horrible.... No hair net dreadlocks hanging over the sandwiches... This is the worst. Cashier Extremely High off Something.....

ordered two apple walnut salads for takeout and discovered when i got home, no chicken on salad. clearly you must watch food preparation closely or be cheated. this was the 8300 s. holland rd. location.

Very inconsiderate customer service. I ordered online for a milkshake; an Oreo milkshake and they sent my dasher with a strawberry shake with no straw! They rarely send a straw although my instructions specifically say to add one, but I by pass that. This time I couldn’t even drink the milkshake because I cannot consume anything strawberry. So that was just an overall awful experience for me.

I went to this location for a quick bite but the store was very unprofessional I ordered my sandwich and the confused young man gave my sandwich to an online order. I saw the gentlemen behind me holding his sandwich and wondered why I didn't get my sandwich. it was bad enough that I waited 20 min for my sandwich and it was given away and the manager did nothing to resolve the issue. I was so frustrated I just left. If you are going to this location get ready to wait
Salad didn’t have the extra ingredients that I paid for on it so the store owes me money for those ingredients and uber eats won’t refund for the missing items. Food made me feel very sick afterwards. Won’t be returning. Do not recommend. Portions are also extremely small for the price. Glorified hospital food that’s somehow worse. Order #8379E

The potbelly in chatham is the best potbelly in the city. There workers are great especially the short cashier with the glasses I think her is Vernice. She is great at what she does.She make my experience great everytime I come in there.

Hours before they even close, they lock their doors and have people order from the window in 10° weather. They’ve been doing this for some months now. I’m going to contact corporate to make sure that it was an order for them to do so, because it’s super inconvenient , and unprofessional to have people in the cold and they can’t see you and speak to you as they normally could and should. Tonight the worker Jeremie was very rude to me at the window when I asked him about my order after sitting in the parking lot waiting for 20 to 25 minutes for him to tell me that my order wasn’t ready when I knew it was ready and he slammed the glass window in my face with an attitude after I explain to him that I placed my order before the customers ahead of me, so I know it was ready, just for his coworker to notice his behavior, and come back to the window and apologize on his behalf and hand me my order. And the store looked a hot mess inside. It was garbage and trash everywhere. I should’ve took a picture.

I ordered from here and I have been disappointed twice first time they forgot my cookies this time they must didn't have the bread I asked for because they gave me white bread and I guess they didn't have hot peppers because that wasn't on any of the 4 sandwiches I ordered they could have let me know these things before they delivered my order and also my dream bar had a ton of salt it wasn't sweet at all
