This has to be one of the worst Potbellys. It takes the workers here FOREVER to make orders, and I just left here and it’s summertime and they run out of ice cream for my oreo shake!?? How sway? Who is the manager there!? Get this store together!!
There was an incident involving transphobia with the staff at Potbelly’s in Hyde Park. I do not approve.
Rude and didn’t have any salads They so unprofessional!!! I come here to get a sub and salad they go tell me they don’t have any salad lettuce.😒 You sale subs how the hell you don’t have lettuces smh yup I’m never coming back here again.
