First time at Potbelly, and I was blown away! Great service, soft and crispy toasted bread, and excellent texture and toppings. I can see why this chain is a Chicago favorite. I ordered an original vegetarian Mediterranean with pickles, onions, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. A great combo- highly recommend.

Crumbs on table situation with overflowing trash. 1-star less. Like most fast food chains, cleanliness is an issue pre and after pandemic.CHICKEN POT PIE SOUP — I appreciate the cashier's thoughtfulness that order is 5 min delayed due to Cooking Crust. However, the crust did taste uncooked doughy/flour-ish. ? Still finished it with light suffering.As always with all Potbelly locations, you always double check your order with multiple items as something is always missing even though noted on app. Reading is optional these days.I ❤️ this location as it's inside the historically beautiful ROOKERY (also, the location name on app). Kinda secluded and special.

I've been to the location a few times at various busy periods in the day, and I am so amazed at the level of friendly service and quality food I receive every time! In an area where the traffic can be very business focused and grey, this Potbelly's is a shooting star amongst all other locations. Thanks for excellent service every single time! ALSO THE DREAM BAR's are THE BEST!

I never liked to write bad reviews but today Tuesday the 10th at 2:15 PM I came to order 3 sandwiches to go and the management was screaming at the staff right in front of us the customers.I asked her if she was okay she responded to me in a rude manner ( I am not talking to you I am talking to him ) maybe they were having a bad day but it was not pleasant. The staff always been wonderful!!! I ask the gentleman to charge me for my order but I want it canceled. I’ve been visiting this location for years and I never have had a bad experience until today. Not sure if I want to comeback.

Ordered pickup. Was ready promptly when I arrived. Food quality was terrific.One note: the location on google maps is incorrect. The restaurant is on the side of the building facing Adams, not the side facing LaSalle. It took me a couple of minutes to find because of that.

I haven't had potbelly in a long time. Boy, has it gone downhill. I was shocked when my regular size veggie sandwich totalled $9.50 (cashier told me the prices went up 2/2/22)! If that wasn't bad enough my sandwich hardly had any cheese, it wasn't properly toasted and the bread was stale. Too bad

I SEEN A ROACH IN THE BATH ROOM .I TRIED TO TELL THE MANGER ABOUT IT AND SHE LOOKED AT ME AND WALKED OFF !I CALLED THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

Nuki went above and beyond for my work group. Got out lunches with every detail - made us feel welcome and got us our lunch quickly! I wish we could’ve tipped, so I’m hoping the owner sees this and throws her and the staff a Christmas bonus! :)
So they changed their menu recently. "Skinny" as used before the change meant one thing (skinny bread). "Skinny" after the change means something totally different (half sandwich) [****** What do they call skinny bread? I've asked the workers, who look back at me dumbly with no answer. (Plus, their workers wear the same gloves to handle raw bacon, cabinet handles, and everything else.)
