Staff was very nice. Super fast and efficient. A small trip to the city made me a Potbelly

Food ordered online gets ignored. The ETA on the app isn't even close.

I love Potbelly’s. Great food. It’s SOOOOO expensive now. $17 for a cup of soup and regular sandwich. I usually try to tip something. Just can’t justify anything at that price.

It was my first afternoon lunch in Chicago and that was on Potbelly. I had excellent experience. I went with my Team we had quality time there. We enjoyed food, Oero shake and atmosphere too ☺️

Price are also not too high, but food is nice and affordable.

I would recommend this place, because of food quality and prices are reasonable. ?

The person working at the counter on 6/3 at 6:00pm was lovely! Both employees who I interacted with were amazing and treated me with so much kindness. Excellent customer service.

Stopped in for a sandwich and soup. Bread was "toasted" but somehow soggy in the interior. Soup was scalding hot and I had to pour water into it to cool it down. 2 restrooms: one marked out of service. Asked for the key for the other door, per the sign and was told no key was needed and it was only locked if occupied. Waited 15 min and no one exited so asked once again only to be told the work restroom was reserved for employees. So basically the employees lure you into buying food thinking you can use their facilities and they dont want to share their personal restroom that they do not mark as such. Literally 10 people enquired about the locked restoom while we were eating our soggy food.

The dude making the sandwiches didn’t look up or knowledge my existence when he asked what I wanted on it. I told him and he still didn’t acknowledge anything so I thought “he’s focused. He must be good”. lol, nope. He just made me whatever he wanted. It’s missing half of the ingredients I asked for.

I ordered Catering for a work meeting. My Credit card had a issue and the system canceled the order. However, I worked with the GM to ensure the order was delivered on time. Great customer service.

So unfortunately I'm not able to eat here, cuz honestly I cant afford it, not that it's super expensive for downtown Chicago, menu seems pretty reasonable for all that, I'm just broke. But I am digging the open wifi all night for the Union Station customers that get locked out when it closes before they say they do. Appreciate it.
