This is my favorite location, I come here for lunch probably 1-3 times a week lol. Good price for a big sandwich in today’s world. I love the people here too. Friendly and warm smiles. Sandwich is always perfect just the way I want it.

The manager was really rude and not welcoming. To be the manager you would think customer service would be a plus being you’re the first person a customer sees. When placing my order he acted as I was bothering him. I won’t return to this location never.

I experienced some mind-blowing deliberate condescension by (two) staff members tonite (7.14).
I went in to purchase cookies. There were two men working the front counter. The first guy (with premature grey hair) CLEARLY saw me standing there and (A) went back his task at the reverse counter and (B) not once said "it will be a moment/please wait a moment" or any type of greeting or acknowledgement.
Nor did he alert the other guy that someone (that being myself) was at the register.
When that other guy (with the septum piercing) finally DID acknowledge me, his overall demeanor could only be described as 'put-upon'. He acted as if I was huge nuisance when I asked if there were more oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. He also grudgingly provided the receipt...as if I was a PITA for asking for it.
I'd like to add that I was absolutely polite when interacting with both. Not at any point did I behave in a way that would've warranted such a reception.
Both of them absolutely need retraining to not ignore customers nor making them feel as if they are just barely tolerated.
It was absolutely incomprehensible behavior.

Here they sell very healthy, fresh and very good quality products. For those who like something not too heavy, something fast and good. I recommend this place, they have very good fruit smoothies, the service and attention are good from all their staff.

I volunteer for a global non-profit and had the absolute pleasure working with the General Manager, Stephen Randall, and his team.During our week long stay at Loyola University, Stephen personally worked with me to provide 320 boxed lunches for our students and staff to enjoy on our trip to the Museum of Science and Industry. Not only were they able to accommodate the dietary restrictions of our group, they labeled every meal accordingly and provided additional help loading our vehicle.Making one sandwich already requires a considerable amount of care and time, especially to make it custom to patrons but to make 320 - that takes dedication. We wanted to recognize the complete care and devotion of time to make this feat possible and we are so thankful for the outstanding work that Stephen and his team did for us.Additionally, Stephen's team continued to provide service to our staff members throughout the week, making sandwiches and shakes. We were always met with smiling faces; prompt service; and a pleasurable experience.If you're looking for good food, friendly staff, and accommodating catering, I 100% recommend coming to this location and connecting with Stephen.

Great food however the lady at the counter acted like I couldn’t grab the food until she found out that it’s for my family and it was under my wife’s name.. also the chicken could have more flavor it was bland.. we will be back
