I volunteer for a global non-profit and had the absolute pleasure working with the General Manager, Stephen Randall, and his team.During our week long stay at Loyola University, Stephen personally worked with me to provide 320 boxed lunches for our students and staff to enjoy on our trip to the Museum of Science and Industry. Not only were they able to accommodate the dietary restrictions of our group, they labeled every meal accordingly and provided additional help loading our vehicle.Making one sandwich already requires a considerable amount of care and time, especially to make it custom to patrons but to make 320 - that takes dedication. We wanted to recognize the complete care and devotion of time to make this feat possible and we are so thankful for the outstanding work that Stephen and his team did for us.Additionally, Stephen's team continued to provide service to our staff members throughout the week, making sandwiches and shakes. We were always met with smiling faces; prompt service; and a pleasurable experience. If you're looking for good food, friendly staff, and accommodating catering, I 100% recommend coming to this location and connecting with Stephen.

My wife and I are frequent Potbelly customers and yesterday we ordered a "BIG" sized sandwich, a Wreck with pretty much everything, but I always ask for no extra oil. The hot peppers have enough oil in them for me. The BIG sandwich is enough for the two of us to split when we are hungry but not ravenously hungry. I like the whole wheat bread but my wife doesn't so when we split a BIG, we get the white bread. I also like the Cubano when they have it, but I ask for a light topping of mustard. Other favorites are the Italian and the Tuna (but with Cheddar instead of Swiss). I wish they had American cheese like they did many years ago, but the cheddar is ok.If you use the mobile app and pick up your sandwich, you don't have to wait in line, and the sandwiches are just as good. I usually order online and then eat-in. The loyalty points on the app are great - free sandwiches, cookies etc. If you're a Costco member you may also buy gift cards for Potbelly and get a nice discount on your food. The shakes are really good, but the sandwich is enough calories for me. Sometimes I get a complimentary cookie I don't turn down with my loyalty points. The sugar is my favorite. Haven't tried the soups or salads.I like this Potbelly location by Loyola, closest one to home, but it's almost 2 miles away so I'm always driving there. Free parking is tough but there is a 15 minute zone just to the north next to the CVS where I can usually get a parking spot and that's enough time to pick up my sandwich and eat it inside or take it home. The other parking in the area is either not free or it's permit because of the proximity to Loyola and the Red Line stop.

They packed someone else's order in mine. I'm a vegetarian and don't eat chicken, but somehow got a chicken sandwich. My lunch was ruined. I called to tell them what happened and all they could say was "they're doing their best", clearly not.

Got a big Italian and a ham and cheese w/ all the veggies on multigrain. The sandwiches were so good! We also got a cup of baked potato soup that was just okay. Nothing wrong with it, just wasn’t my favorite flavor-wise.

My favorite place to grab lunch! I love chatting with a few of the girls here including the manager. This location is always clean, fast and I never have any issues with my order. Thank you!

I ordered a Sandwich, 12 pack of small cookies, and a bag of chips. When the delivery driver got here I was handed a bag with a receipt that said "Garden Veg Bowl." It was chili. So not only did they give me the wrong order, but they also gave me the wrong item for the already wrong order. How do you mess that up that bad?

Showed up to pick up an order. It was ready and behind the register. When I walked up and asked for it there was only one other person in the shop. Nathan told me to wait. So I waited over 5 min. As he finished sandwiches and cleaning a blender. Then I asked a second time after 5 min because they started making a sandwich for someone who showed up after me while I waited and they asked me to wait again. It seemed like they were doing it on purpose. They all seemed so out of it. No greeting, no sorry about the wait. I didn’t complain I’m store because I didn’t want to be a Karen and I also don’t think they would care. At all. But just wanted to take a second to share my feedback.

There food is normally good, hot and spill free. I especially like their chicken pot pie soup with the topping and their chili.

I received stellar customer service yesterday that deserves recognition. I placed an order on the app, and it was delivered via DoorDash. Unfortunately the driver gave me someone else's order, and when I called the store they immediately remade my order and an employee *walked it* to my doorstep. Talk about going above and beyond!
