I was waiting for about 10 minutes for my chicken pot pie soup before the cashier, who just rang me up 10 minutes prior, asked me what I’m waiting for. I tell her the chicken pot pie and she goes oh we’re out of the chicken pot pie. You were the one that rang me up! And no one thought to say anything while I was just standing there for 10 minutes. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go to this potbelly’s

Poorly managed. Orders pile up but no one is ringing out customers so the line continues to back up. My food was fully ready but there wasn’t a cashier. I didn’t have any more time to wait so I left with out my food. I hope someone enjoys that free salad.
I did try to order on the app ahead of time but the app has so many glitches. It wouldn’t add the food to the basket and kept giving me an error message about how it was being “temperamental”
I love potbelly’s but this location is not great and their technology is glitchy.

Went for the first time to this location, was really surprised at the amount (less) of food that was presented to me with a half salad. I’ve never experienced this before.. next time I will go to the location on State and Lake.. At least I know they’re generous with the lettuce 😔

Do not listen to the eta they give for mobile order. My one was 30 minutes late and I had to leave and come back due to work. It should not be this difficult to give an accurate ETA nor should it take a hour to make two sandwiches

The girl huffed and puffed as we walked in we asked her did they have cookies she yelled and said what u see is what u get and proceeded to take trash out and leave us in the floor unattended. As a business owner that was very rude and not professional at all especially being in the location dealing with several customers from all over were visiting from Detroit no we support this company a lot today we was treated very rude and unappreciated as customers. I will not be visiting this location again!
I had a bad experience with a delivery driver, called this location, and Julissa took my call and resolved my problem with expertise. Thank you for taking the time, while very busy, to provide me with exemplary customer service. Hope you know your kindness and hard work are appreciated and you deserve a raise!! 💰💰
The workers working today 12/29 @5:00 pm killed it. I haven’t had a sandwich from potbelly this good in a while and I frequent this location and other locations a lot. The worker making my sandwich was very friendly and addressed me by my name and was just phenomenal! The ice tea container was filled and everything was stocked which isn’t always the case when I come to pick up my online order. Great overall experience - I don’t normally leave a review but they deserved this one ! Thank you!

I placed a wrong order on the app by mistake, so I called the store to cancel right away. A woman on the phone said it would take up to two weeks to get it refunded. I said okay and hung up. It’s been a month and no refund has been issued. I even contacted the customer support but they didn’t help either. Had the woman said it was impossible to cancel, I would’ve picked up the order I paid for.
***Response to the owner’s reply- I already did. Here’s their reply I received- “Thank you for reaching out to Potbelly. All refunds are handled at the shop level. We will forward your request to the shop and someone will reach out to you to discuss.”

Worst experience at a potbelly, ever. I love potbelly, but this location was tough to deal with. First, they weren't ready for the lunch volume. They ran out of all but 3 options of their chips and all of their soups except the potato. Didn't call or anything, just told me when I got there to pick up my order. I found other chips I liked, but wanted to try the pot pie soup. I asked if I could come back and get the soup I wanted, she said ok. I left, saw my salad was made incorrectly and received the wrong dressing, so I brought it back to get remade when I picked up my soup. She told me they were out of the dressing I ordered, thats why she put that dressing with my salad, but never said anything about it. I finally got my order and went back to work to find that she gave me the wrong soup. Maybe if she'd take the ear bud out of her ear, she could concentrate and give good customer service.

One of the girls was very rude. She did not greet us had an attitude the entire time. Im not sure if it was because me & my friends had walked in an HOUR before closing the place. She did not have to be rude either when questions were asked. My friends have never tried potbellys, & for their first time it was very disappointing. My order sandwich was not made due to not having ingredients? But yet did not bother to check before making it. Then just left my boyfriend sandwich all opened & the bag was oily. Did NOT changed her gloves. The service was horrible. if she did not want to be there she can clearly leave her job, instead of making herself looking miserable. Nobody needs that kind of service, specially if she was in my shoes she would not like the food getting thrown like that, or even given with oil all over the place. So please do NOT recommend this place.

Extremely rude short male employee. I wish I got his name, but I came in on Thursday at noon sep 19 2024 to pick up an order and he was quite rude to me. Not ever going back to this location.
