The workers working today 12/29 @5:00 pm killed it. I haven’t had a sandwich from potbelly this good in a while and I frequent this location and other locations a lot. The worker making my sandwich was very friendly and addressed me by my name and was just phenomenal! The ice tea container was filled and everything was stocked which isn’t always the case when I come to pick up my online order. Great overall experience - I don’t normally leave a review but they deserved this...

This place is great and the people who work here are extremely thoughtful! They have a casual humorous energy that makes you automatically feel welcome. It is one of the more barebones potbelly’s on the inside. The food is solid no complaints. The service is top
