The sandwiches are good but they seem to never have their shakes available. I order through Uber eats, the least this location can do is to disable the shakes if it's not available. Now, I'm wasting money ordering a shake that never arrives!!! Once, they offered a free shake coupon but never again even though it's only fair since I already spent the money but whatever! Take careful notes of your order, take pictures as well, and make sure to double check your order if you are going to buy from this location.

So I stop by at this location for a grilled chicken sandwich, me thinking they know what their doing. I paid for my sandwich and proceed to eat my sandwich until I realized the chicken was raw. That was so disgusting and now my stomach hurts. Be careful y’all check your sandwich’s before u leave.

We ordered online for delivery and when the food arrived, half of what we ordered are missing. I called this potbelly place and the lady named Channel is very rude. She actually hanged up the phone on me while I'm still telling her what's missing on it. I called her back and she sounded rude on a high tone of voice when I asked her how come she hanged up. She didn't even allowed me to explain, she's talking over me and hanged up the phone again. Very rude and bad customer service. I go to other Potbelly locations a lot but this is the first time I was treated so badly. Never would I order from this place again.

Dude, we ordered from this place on UberEats, got the food, and found out we were missing items. Okay, that's fine. We report the missing items, call the place about the missing items and was met with the most NASTIEST attitude ever. Whoever we were calling also HANGED UP on us and we were so appalled. That's SOOOOO crazy. Just don't get anything from this place. Go to a different sandwich/soup/salad/whatever.

I always come to this place because I honestly love the sandwich, unfortunately they don’t know how to treat their customers and I can say this because I also work with customers daily. The woman with red/orange lace hair was extremely rude with me, I’m not exaggerating when I say that she screamed with me after I didn’t understand what she was asking about, sometimes people don’t hear it specially If the music in very loud. I’m not that kind of person who spend time writing reviews and this is probably my first one, but I felt so sad that honestly I almost cried and I didn’t even wanted to eat anymore. Please be good to your customers.

Ordered for delivery, when order wasn’t delivered at said time, I called the shop to be put on hold for 10 minutes had to call back. Was told first that they had no one to deliver my order, then was told delivery was by door dash and they have no info on when it will be delivered. When I asked for corporate number was refused number. Monique was manager on duty said I would be refunded and my order would still be delivered. It’s currently 12:24 pm still no food, I ordered at 10:19 am. Hopefully I at least get my refund. Shoulda went with Jimmy John’s!!! And will from now on!!

I really don’t do reviews, but this is the third I’ve been there and asked for extra anything on my sandwich get home and it’s not there. Please remind the employees that the vegetables don’t come out they check and if it’s extra let the customer know because people are willing to pay to receive they food the way they want it.

This place is horrible. I have enjoyed Potbelly food for years, but, I must say after entering this restaurant location, I decided not to even place an order. There were three young workers behind the counter and only a few people in the restaurant to place orders and yet people were standing around waiting on their food for over 20 minutes. Looking at the screen, I could tell they were behind in delivery orders. One male worker was fixing someone's soup and did not wear gloves. I did not see any employee with gloves on. Employees were standing around laughing instead of attending to customers. I am unsure if one of them was a manager, but they desperately need a good manager at this location. No one was wearing a hair net. I can not eat from this location, very unsanitary.

They open at 10, i got here around 1020. Waited 15 plus minutes for my garden vegetable soup that wasnt done ( veggies not cooked thru) then ordered a drink for them to have no ice. So I’m drinking hot lemonade. A waste of 11 bucks!
