I really don’t do reviews, but this is the third I’ve been there and asked for extra anything on my sandwich get home and it’s not there. Please remind the employees that the vegetables don’t come out they check and if it’s extra let the customer know because people are willing to pay to receive they food the way they want it.

This place is horrible. I have enjoyed Potbelly food for years, but, I must say after entering this restaurant location, I decided not to even place an order. There were three young workers behind the counter and only a few people in the restaurant to place orders and yet people were standing around waiting on their food for over 20 minutes. Looking at the screen, I could tell they were behind in delivery orders. One male worker was fixing someone's soup and did not wear gloves. I did not see any employee with gloves on. Employees were standing around laughing instead of attending to customers. I am unsure if one of them was a manager, but they desperately need a good manager at this location. No one was wearing a hair net. I can not eat from this location, very unsanitary.

They open at 10, i got here around 1020. Waited 15 plus minutes for my garden vegetable soup that wasnt done ( veggies not cooked thru) then ordered a drink for them to have no ice. So I’m drinking hot lemonade. A waste of 11 bucks!

I have visited this Potbelly’s for years, but I had to finally write a review after my most recent experience. So many people came during lunch hour, yet the staff were very polite and lively. In particular, Chanelle was very energetic and respectful to the customers despite the stress of the great volume of orders. I also saw Chanelle encouraging her team members and the whole environment was so welcoming. Thank you Chanelle for this pleasant experience!

Do not order delivery from this location. I've had a few instances of it taking too long, but this one takes the cake. I placed an order on their website at 11:06am for an ASAP delivery, which was quoted as 11:27am. Then, nothing. No updates at all. I called the store 11:44am and the woman who answered put me on hold and never came back. I hung up after 5 minutes. I called again at 11:49am and the woman who answered said they were waiting for a driver, which I questioned, and then she said "hold on", put me on hold and never came back. I tried calling again and they put me straight on hold. This happened several times until the lunch rush and then no one answers at all. Still no updates on the website or app (I have a rewards account). I had to order lunch elsewhere but still cannot get ahold of anyone to officially cancel this order and ask for a full refund. If I can't get someone, I'll be disputing the charges with my credit card company. This is after the previous time I ordered where the delivery driver (they farm them out to Door Dash or Uber or something) mixed up the orders he had so he'd given mine to someone else. He went back to the store and when he came back, they'd forgotten my drink. I didn't want to make him go back again (not his fault) so I called the store and the manager eventually left me a VM saying he'd put through a refund on my cc - it's been more than 3 weeks and nothing. Shame on me for trying to give them another shot.

Second time ordering and second time my order was wrong. There was no chicken salad on my chicken salad sandwich. Ridiculous! Won’t order again.
I love Potbelly but the customer service at this location is so pathetic. The staff is not friendly at all, don't greet Non- Americans when they enter and are extremely rude and shout at them when picking up their orders. Very racist. Never going to this place even though I live right above this chain.

Literally Jennifer, the store manager is amazing. I placed an order for catering and for whatever reason it picked it up as a in house pick up rather than delivery. I called the store and Jennifer was so easy going and friendly and just said ‘don’t worry I got ya’ and changed it for delivery. Problem solved within seconds. Thank you so much Jennifer for your excellent customer service. Ur the BEST!!
If you have a baby or toddler in diapers this location does not have a changing table. There’s plenty of room in their bathrooms for 1 yet they don’t have them. High chairs they do have so they anticipate families coming with littles but they don’t have changing tables. Everything else is great.

I don’t even do reviews but needed to after this terrible service I order from here it was the closest to my job had it delivered for my lunch and this is the worst ever while order messed up. I always eat potbelly but 1st time from this location when I opened my bag no napkin no spoon or crackers I specifically asked for napkin & utensils. When I opened my sandwich it was a mess so nasty ? looking and just not eatable the avo turkey comes with avacado it was barely any on there and it looks old.and I asked for oatmeal chocolate cookie and got a sugar cookie. Only they got right was the broccoli cheddar soup. This is so terrible for someone who has to work a 12 hr shift and no lunch. I would never order from here again.
