App won’t let you order Avo Turkey or BLTA sandwich at this location. It’s been that way for months. No way the store has actually been out of avocados for that long.
Also this location has a pick-up shelf for mobile orders, but doesn’t use it.

There was an employee with red micro beads that was incredibly rude. I asked her for an Italian meatball sub and she gives me the most vindictive look and spits out “we don’t have no damn meatball subs.” I said “oh sorry I meant meatball mama or whatever you call it.” She says “that’s better.” And proceeds making my sandwich. I understand working in food service is hard and maybe she had a bad day, but that is no excuse to be nasty to someone. And the other staff were very kind.

The lady with the red locs is VERY RUDE!!!!!! No type of customer service! Being that the restaurant is at a children’s hospital you would expect better service. Potbelly’s is one of my favorite places to go eat and never have I experienced what I did at this location. The man at the register should be better with people too. Very disappointed at my experience. Better training needed forsure. If you don’t like to be infront of people then this job isn’t for you!! DO BETTER!!!!!!

People that come to eat there is hospital staff or patients that are not having a good day or maybe just don’t want to be in the hospital people with children that are getting a medical procedure done and are sad or down. Maybe they should hire someone that really wants to work and have a good customer service not someone that is going to ruin your day even more.

Worst service I ordered at 5pm i came at 5:20 to pickup There were no line no customer They just got my order from printer and start making it I had two sandwich one tuna one chicken After a while they told me they dont have chicken !!!! I said make the tuna double They said they dont have tuna aswell Suddenly someone came from back with a container and said ok i find tuna!!!! Why Potbelly does not have even customer service that people can argue!!!!!!
