Had a very good and very large sandwich. The first one on their list, and it was very good. Im glad I added spicy peppers or it may have been a bit bland.

I will say I was pleased by the food as usual, so that a relief (edit: veggie soup mushy and saturated) - but you guys really don't need to be messing with the whole essence of potbelly! This had the feeling of a bland generic sandwich joint. You took away the entire style of thr sandwich experience at potbelly's. The design the interior was boring and completely misaligned from the entire backstory of how each and every store is designed. Disappointing, very disappointing. If you have the opportunity to redesign, I would STRONGLY encourage it. Spent most of my life growing up in Chicagoland area - coming back and seeing this...just a letdown. Don't think I'll be coming back to this one any time soon

11/11- placed an order online and waited 15 minutes, they are understaffed for a lunch time rush. One of the women making the sandwiches was not wearing a hairnet and scratched her head/hair with the gloves on then kept making sandwiches. Found a black hair in my sandwich. They forgot our drinks, then when we went back they gave us the wrong drink.

I don't know why, but every Potbelly location that has the new store setup is a disaster. I've been to this location a couple of times over multiple years and every time I've been there, there is an extended wait to receive the order and issues with the food itself. I hate writing reviews but this place warrants one.

Bathrooms are a mess, bread is stale, cookies are old. This particular location is hurting the franchise. Most employees are fine, but this feels like a manager problem

Please do NOT eat at this location. I cannot count the amount of times I saw an employee touch their nose and dig in their ears while making people food. I got a refund and left.

Staff does not have a sense of urgency at this location. Had to remind them that we were waiting for a shake we ordered or else no one would have prepared it (we could see into the kitchen that everyone was doing something else). Guy who eventually prepared the shake handed it to me as it was spilling over the sides, so I had to ask if they had bigger cups. Apparently not, and offered another cup to help us with the spillage. Only one person was actually focused on the sandwiches and there was one person who was only focusing on refilling condiments?? Not the time to do so. In the end one of the sandwiches we ordered was missing a condiment and the other one was dry. Waited about 20 minutes for something that should've taken 7 minutes tops.

BEWARE IF YOU HAVE MILK ALLERGIES. I explicitly asked for a sandwich that had no cheese and proceeded to have American cheese hidden within my lettuce.
Being allergic to milk, this is unacceptable.

We waited 20 minutes for an order that was wrong. I get that the workers might have been overwhelmed, but there has to be a better system.

I placed a delivery order on Monday to be delivered Tuesday at 11:45 AM for a corporate lunch meeting. At 11:47 AM—still no food—so I called the Potbelly location. I was told the order had been ready but was just sitting there because they didn’t have a driver to deliver it. The manager said she would call me back in five minutes.
Fifteen minutes passed—no call. I called back again, and she repeated that no driver had picked up the order. At that point, she asked me to place the same order again and said they’d refund both. We placed the second order, and it finally arrived 45 minutes later.
Unfortunately, the sandwiches had been sitting for nearly two hours and were completely soggy and cold by the time they arrived. It was incredibly disappointing, especially for a professional work event.
What’s worse is that if I hadn’t reached out, they never would have informed me about the delay or issue. Potbelly's lack of communication and preparedness really left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively. I won’t be ordering from here again. They need to do better.

These workers suck. I don’t understand why half a sandwich took 30 minutes to make with no other customers in the store. Then they just throw my order on the counter when finished. Whoever works Mondays @3pm should all be fired. None of them know what they’re doing and are super rude. I’m super pregnant and they saw me waiting for so long without asking me anything.
