A wreck and the meatball sandwiches are one of the best in here! Staff is friendly, service is amazing, never had any issues and most of all, delicious sandwiches!
I had to BLT with avocado. I also had vegetable soup. They were both terrific. It looks like all their food is very good. You can even buy fresh avocados sliced. If you're into that thing. Lol. Place atmosphere and plenty of parking. It is right next to the Walgreens.

Colton the manager is the reason I will not visit this location again. He lied so much in the restaurant maybe he lied about his name as well. I pray I receive my $20 refund from this location. Edit: still haven't heard back from them after they posted this on my review. Generic and disappointing and was planning on using them for catering. Have sent 6 emails now about this with no response. This location is fine. My concern is I used the app for a 5/29/23 for a big order for a birthday party and spent almost 200.00. I never received my perks and I have reached out 4 times about this and have heard nothing in response. Very annoying and won't be using this again for parties or individually since they do not seem to care about keeping customers.

This place is horrible! Unfortunately my experience at this Potbelly was very unpleasant and disgusting. That day I had ordered a pizza melt with no mushrooms. I had my order to go and when I took a bite I noticed that it had mushrooms. I was like ok no big deal I'll just take them off but then I ended up removing a lot of mushrooms and its as if the mushrooms made up 60% of the sandwich. It wasn't even the regular amount, then I started to get angry and to make things worst the mushrooms were rotting the had a foul smell to them. If you like rotting food then this is the Potbelly for you!
